The food was ok but could be better. The drinks are pretty well made. The atmosphere is really nice and they have a nice view in the back patio area. The staff is pretty attentive and friendly. They're is much better options as far as good Mexican food in the Orlando area. But I would still recommend this place for people looking for more than just good food.

Such a fun restaurant!! Absolutely loved that they custom-made the guac at your table to your liking! A bit too long of a wait to order, which brought the rating down slightly, but otherwise everything was wonderful! Hope to be back soon!

I was at your establishment on Saturday November 25, 2017 after eight at night with a party of 11 people. We were celebrating two birthdays. We were waited on by Tracy, who seem to know quite a bit about the establishment, but she was very forgetful when it came to refilling drinks and bringing out everything that was asked for. My daughter and her boyfriend ended up sharing a drink because she never refilled her lemonade. Tracy would bring something to the table and left so quickly that if you had a question, you found yourself talking to whoever was listening because she was gone. Tracy was a bit too fast for herself.
I usually don’t write a letter to a restaurant but I was totally taken aback by her behavior; may I also add that it was our first time at Rocco’s Tacos. When the bill came my husband and I paid Tracy in cash, we left the table briefly to go to the restroom and when we came back to our table Tracy came and looked at me and said; “was my service good?” I stated “it was ok, was I supposed to write something on the comment card?”
” to which she said “I usually get an 18% to a 20% tip!” (she was obviously very angry and she had a very a nasty attitude when she approached me.) Tracy totally caught me off guard! I have never, ever come across a waitress/waiter that has approached me like that. I tip according to your service. Her service for us was mediocre. I gave her about 14 / 15% tip. There was no need for her to question me or my husband at all, never less front of a table full of people. Tracy never even gave us our receipt.
As I was leaving I decided to go back in the restaurant and speak to a manager. Mr. Lorenzo Hernandez attended to me and I explained what happened. He listened and stated that he was surprised that she acted in such a manner since she’s one of the servers that has been there from the beginning. He also stated that he would mention it to the GE Chipp Lewis and he would speak to Tracy. Mr. Hernandez proceeded by taking my name, he didn’t ask for a number or anything.
I really hope that she doesn’t do that any other customer and if she does I sure hope that she gets reported. I was really appalled with her behavior.

Service was a bit slow. We visited early Saturday evening and it wasn't too crowded. The margaritas were delicious and strong. They don't mess around at the tequila bar! Valet staff were super friendly and they went out of their way to open the car door getting in and out.

It was my first time here and got a good impression with the place. The music is amazing and the service was excellent. We had a Mocaljete and it was delicious!

The only downside that many people may find but was not a bother to me was that the music in the establishment is very loud, to the point where you can't hear people but the servers do an excellent job in listening and doing there best.

We had Sara and she was very nice and polite. As well as the gentlemen who made us the guacamole.

One last thing is that we did not go through Valet so I can't rate them nor we sat at the bar. Also sorry about picture quality, the lighting is low

The service at this place was horrendous. From the valet staff to the wait staff, it seems that hospitality is not part of their training criteria. The ambiance is good and the food is okay, but I will never be coming back here. I usually enjoy being treated like a human being and a customer, not a headache and a bother which this place made me feel like.

This place has a nice selection of tequila. We stopped in before going to dinner next door. We were able to find a nice sipping tequila we hadn’t tried before. We haven’t tried the food but I would come back and give it a try.

No reservation at 7pm on Thursday night yielded a wait time of 1.5 hrs. Added another 45 minutes before food started to arrive. Table was not served at same time. Noise was at a level that prevented any conversations and it would be best if you had hearing protection. Waiters were polite (would be one star otherwise). Won't be going back, the place is over-rated. One of our party had all you can eat tacos, but it took 30-40 minutes for a re-order. Food was not anything to write home about and my enchiladas were dry. Not worth waiting for.

For this being a "Mexican food restaurant" the discrimination that I experienced yesterday was deplorable. I went with intention to take my elderly sick father to have a nice time and I was disrespected, mistreated, and worst of all discriminated, with so much going on in the world to experience this now a days and so close to home is unacceptable. I will never return or recommend this place I work for a company that pride in service and hospitality my company is global with over 350+ properties and with 2.4 million visits a year and when ask to recommend a place to eat this place will only be mention negatively. Unfortunately that is a lot of lost business for you, to the owner of this property I will go as far as a civil rights sue to your establishment and to your heinous manager Angela, that did not to anything to appease the customer, she simple made matters worst. She didn't have any compassion when told nicely that I had hungry children, a pregnant woman, and a hypoglycemia elder man, we waited for two hours. She immediately told m to leave. This young lady along with all the other hosted wear disrespectful, confrontational, combative, and simple mean girls. If they do not like they job or the type of clientele goes there they should find work elsewhere because it was evident they were racist. I will continue to express my dissatisfaction about this restaurant until I get a public apology from that manager ANGELA!

This place is awesome, but busy. I recommend making a reservation and asking for a table near the back if you're into scenic views. The whole place has a really unique, funky atmosphere that draws you in. Most importantly, the food is very flavorful and leaves you making plans to return.

This is the only place I will eat guacamole. They make it in front of you, to your liking and it is delicious. The chips are also homemade and seasoned to perfection. I get the street tacos here because I love them, but I'm sure everything else on the menu is good too. It's usually busy and loud, which is not my favorite, but I put up with it because it is so good.

The food is pretty good. Getting some fresh guacamole made for you is a plus, it's a bit pricey, but as is guacamole.
The view is amazing, you can see the lake anywhere from the back side of the restaurant, it's great for a lunch.
The night life is great here, though it gets very very crowdedLike 1 hour+ crowded as early as 7:30 on weekends.

The staff is incredibly friendly. Special mention to Eric on the wait staff, he was super kind and made everything easy for me.
All the staff very personable and talkative, never felt awkward or on edge. And it just feels like a pretty authentic place, for having such close proximity to some of the biggest tourist areas in the country it feels very tame and quality.

I like to consider myself a regular 😏

I adore the atmosphere in this restaurant! A very cool, funky place. My first visit was for Sunday brunch. I had the endless mimosas (a great deal!) with a breakfast burrito meal. I also tried the table side guacamole. The table side guacamole is some of the best guacamole I've ever had! Highly recommend. I liked my breakfast burrito, however the brunch menu (specifically breakfast items) is very limited. I'd prefer to go back for lunch or dinner and look forward to trying a signature margarita. Service was exceptional and spot on with mimosa refills.

Good lively environment on a Friday night. I may be a little in denial of my age when I say thisbut seems to me like a good place for middle-ages to meet their special someone (over some margaritas).

Food is good too! You can get pitchers of a variety of adult drinks. How cool is that???

Our table for 4 was a bit small though for 4.
