I ordered dark meat chicken yesterday for my party last night. Upon time for pick up, they told my cousin that they didn't get my order and that I may have ordered from another publix. That is just not right! I think they need to look into this. I originally thought publix has better customer service but apparently I'm wrong.

Was shocked, when ordering two large meatball sandwiches. To my amaze, only four meatballs per sandwich were used ! Asked about the proportion of meatballs, per sandwich, and was correct, according to employee . I have had many good sandwiches from public's , just not this visit.

I only needed to make a copy and the copy machine was a bit difficult and for .25cents it wasnt that greatest copy. Iwent to office depot and got a great copy for .12cents.😫 very disappointed that i had to spend $1.00 just to have to put into trashed. But i love publix so i will be back.

We ordered 4 sandwiches to pick up at 8:15 am and we arrive at exactly 8:15. The four people working at the deli didn't even start on one sandwich. 15 minutes latter they had them made. I thought it would be a great idea to order our sandwiches and for a day at universal so we wouldn't waste any time, but I guess I was wrong.

Let me start by saying our server Vanessa was awesome, took care of us excellent attitude made us feel welcome. Keeping up with our orders letting us know about specials. Everything was just right, been coming there a few times but today was a better experience by our server and that's the way should be all the time. Is not just about the food but the experience and our server did well. Keep it up Vanessa

today, 5.13.2017 is the 3rd time I bought meat that was gone bad from publix; I purchased a pack of organic 2 lamb shoulder cuts; another thing is, many times, the produce is old; I asked one of their associates why that is the case and he replied saying that they are asked to taste most fruits/veggies that will be up for sale; I believe him that he actually doesn't known what a tomato, watermelon, orange, etc, should taste like. It's the case with about %80 of the time that any fruit, veggie you'll buy from publix is old and dry; far past the sale by date (the sale by date it should be). I have slowed down on buying overpriced, old produce from publix and today I was reminded why by having to trash yet more "food".

There is nothing to have breakfast before 10 am. Too bad other locations like the one on landstar have a wide variety of hot food ready, this one not.

Very well organized and the staff is very helpful! Especially the meat department! The guys will even recommend recipes! They to give lessons to the people bagging food on what items go with what! Meats do not go with vegetables, bread does not go with heavier items and you don't put two half-gallons of anything in with packages of cheese in a single bag!
