International Drive Fun Spot is a mini-theme park. Worth the price and the fun. Beat attractions are the four go kart tracks. The rail coaster is awesome. Ferris wheel, tilt a whirl. Classic fun. But be warned some things are worn and dated. The new attractions are the main draw.
It truly is a fun place to spend a day. The rides are exciting and well monitored. There are lots of things to do for all ages. The food was filling and affordable. We were surprised and grateful for the water stations. You could refresh without having to carry a water bottle everywhere. I really enjoyed the roller coasters and the race tracks which were challenging. Kudos for such a fun place to visit. It was my first time there.
Great day out, we really enjoyed the Father's day special. Lots of rides for a variety of ages, even a couple rides for toddlers. And a Splash Pad with so much room to run around and a family bathroom right next to it. There is also a gator area for something quiet to do. The late hours mean a great date spot or for going out without sunburn. And if someone doesn't want to go on any rides, they can walk around free.
We actually went to Gator Spot, which is a partnership with Gator Land. You can get in completely separately, and don't have to pay for parking or entry to the park itself, you just pay the entry fee to Gator Spot itself.
They have several different areas with groups of gators of different ages, as well as a white gator and some parrots. We also paid a little extra to feed the gators, which was fun and funny.
Very fun! We got a little over an hour of entertainment for a couple bucks each. Not bad at all.
Great little spot to take the kids, my 3 year old loved it. There were tons of ride he could ride at 37 inches with or without an adult. He really enjoyed the Go-Karts, the Screamer and the Sea Serpent. Also the food and drinks are very reasonable, unlike other parks. Their refillable beer/cocktail cup is a great deal as well. Everyone at the park was super friendly and made sure my son enjoyed his 3 year old birthday!
So much fun, even if you're not going to do rides, can just hang out and watch people scream from that huge drop they have. Did you know you can get free rides on your birthday?! You sure can!!! Just show them your ID and it's your birthday! Workers here are the best!
Staff was great, had discount coupons that made it affordable. Go carts are amazing, great choices of rides for little and big riders. Bathrooms were clean have refillable soda cups which saves a lot of money. Plenty of places to sit for non riders. Only improvement would be entrance, can wait in line a while if busy and everyone in the party has to stand in line to get their wristband. Loved Garland had an exhibit. If you live in the area would recommend paying the little extra for yearly pass.
This place is a true hidden gem in Orlando. I went this week with a couple of friends, and we had the best time! We felt just like kids again racing around in the go-karts and riding the roller coasters. One of my favorite things is the Gator Spot. One of the the young ladies there talked with us for about 30min about their all white gator. She was so knowledgeable and friendly and really made an impression on us. Sam who was by one of the roller coasters was also very nice and made it a point to make sure we were having a great time. The rides are fun but the service is even better! We will be back!
If you're looking for fun rides and short waiting lines, this is the place to go! It's also very well maintained and clean. Everyone is friendly and courteous.
The little kids area is not that big but my little nephew had a blast in those rides!
They also have a food court. I didn't try it but the food looked ok and we're far from the crazy prices of Disney parks.
If I have to pick between the big amusement parks and Fun Spot, I would choose Fun Spot.
Went with the boyfriend & our kids (ages 7-11) last weekend and had a blast! I know people had mixed reviews about this place, but honestly the entire experience overall was great. Every employee we encountered was friendly, the lines were short or reasonable, and I felt the overall value was great for what we paid. There were plenty of rides for my fearless little one to do that she enjoyed, and the two coasters were actually a lot of fun, especially the wooden one. Plenty of rides for adults, and the go karts were fun; multi-level tracks were kind of a nice change from what other parks have to offer. We purchased the unlimited wristbands, and I felt it was a good value, although I do wish that the annual pass would have been suggested, because I probably would have spent the additional $30 per person, since we're local, but I can see how they'd rather get $40 out of you every time. If you think you'll go back again within a year, I'd recommend just getting the annual pass.
Great place for family fun, it is quite pricey but honestly worth it. Rides are supper fun and lines are super quick (minus the go carts). Great atmosphere. Wish the go cart lines were shorter and or faster as the vas majority of the time we were waiting in line, however my nieces had an amazing time. Prices very. Last time I went it was $40 for adults and that’s all rides included, no limits on how many times you can ride, oh!!! and if it rains they will allow you to use the pass for another day just be sure to speak to a customer service personnel for verification as rules do change from time to time.
Fun spot is truly what's up, the prices are awesome and fewer crowds than the larger parks!! Not to mention the have tons to do especially for the little ones roller coasters, go karts and alligator park all included, food won't be a disappointment either especially since you have the option to purchase a pass with food and souvenir cup included. It was a great change of pace and nice break from the big parks. Fun Spot will also be a day of fun for us while on our Orlando Vacations for years to come💝💝👌💯
I usually go for kids birthdays and we all enjoy ourselves. There are rides for toddlers as well as for adults and kids of all ages. I really enjoyed the new carts on the red track. Those carts feel way better than the old ones from last year. I like that there are roller coasters, go carts and an arcade. I let the kids decide to get on whatever they are in the mood for. I like that you can feed the alligators at the Orlando location and how excited the kids get watching them eat and some gators caught the food in midair. We always have fun and the smiles on my kids faces are priceless.
Good value for the money and you only have to pay if you want to ride. Entry is free if you just want to go and watch. The go kart tracks are the the best part! Get a couple people that know how to race mixed in with you and you're going to have a great time. Food is expensive but the selection is great. You can get regular burger, pizza or hotdogs if you wish. They also have some nice salad and fruit choices if you feel like eating clean.
Better than Disney any day! Clean parks, best value anywhere, always upgrading. Why go to Disney to wait all day in long lines and pay insane ticket prices when you can have more fun here and have some breathing room and barely any lines. My kids always say they have more fun at fun spot than the jumbo parks. Thanks Fun Spot!
Fun spot is a great little getaway that is a good value. Great spot to drop kids off for the day as long as they have passes. Buy a souvenir cup and get free soft drinks all year. Plenty of parking and free admission with the option to pay per ride if you'd like to sample, but much more worth it to buy a days pass. Main downsides are the limited rides and most are usually fast; less than 2 minutes for most. Ferris wheel, go karts and the para trooper rides are all quite a bit longer. My main complaint, and it's no fault of the employees, is that even if it's late and there's no line they can't let the ride keep going until more people get there. So, it's ride, get back in line and get back on. Only exception can be the roller coasters if you have the right operators, they'll let you keep riding as long as there isn't a line. For the older it's fun a few times but not something you'll want to come back to every weekend. For those wondering it's best described as a larger carnival. There's plenty for kids to enjoy though and they'll have a great time.
We LOOOOOOOOVVVVVVEEEEE Fun Spot!!! Great rides, short lines so you can ride as much as you like! The food is good and not outrageously priced. The staff is very nice and the park is quite clean. For season passes, this has been BY FAR the best value over the other parks! I highly recommend it!
Go kart tracks were AWESOME! Went first thing in the morning when there were no crowds. Minimal waiting in line. Used All - Inclusive Go City Pass for entrance which allowed us to ride each of the 4 go kart tracks. Well worth it. Other rides were mostly for little ones except the crazy flying deal. Really nice folks working there. Had a great time. Returned a second day so my husband could go on the karts.
We had a short stay in Orlando visiting family. I couldn't justify spending $200/person at one of the "big name" theme parks, so we gave this a shot. It's free to enter the park, and you can pay per ride, or buy an unlimited pass. My son is 6, and he had the time of his life! He enjoyed the "big kid" rides, and the "little kid" rides. The park was clean, and well maintained. The rides were fun, and the lines were short. The employees were friendly, and seemed to enjoy their jobs. The park food was high quality, which was a nice surprise. We got back to our hotel room that night, and I realized that I had misplaced the photo I purchased of my son's hilarious face on the White Lightening roller coaster. I went to their website, and sent a quick email on the "contact us" page. I received a reply from their admissions manager (Stephen Burgess) within about 60 seconds. He had my picture, and put it in the mail the next business day. I can guarantee that had we gone to one of the "big name" theme parks, we would not have received that kind of hospitality. I highly recommend this park, especially if you have younger kiddos. It was a great experience!
This is a great place to visit with your family. The price is fair and reasonable. I recommend visiting when they first open, then come back later after the theme park guest leave. Great place for less than $50 for unlimited rides. Fun Spot also has plenty of sitting within the park. You shouldn't need to worry about finding a place to sit. The park do not restrict you from brining your own snacks and drinks. This park ground is well kept.
