Terry Tyson was the best salesman I have ever dealt with. Throughout the entire process he never stopped fighting for what I wanted. I was treated with respect, and I felt like he had my family and my best interest in mind at all times. I went into the situation asking for the impossible on my trade and on the new truck and I was set on a price. Terry understood what I wanted and went to work for me non stop until I go the deal I wanted. If you need a vehicle stop by and ask for Terry he will do everything possible to get you where you want to be.
The manager Bryan was also a huge help and went to bat for me with Terry in order to make the impossible happen. They were willing to lose a little bit of money in order to keep a promise they made to me at the beginning of the deal.
I can't say enough good things about how I was treated during my new truck purchase with Terry and Carl Black of Orlando.

I purchased my vehicle 1 month ago. (sorry it took so long to write a review) Terry Tyson was AMAZING through the whole process. He helped me find a vehicle that met all my picky requirements. We went through a few and were able to find the one that I now absolutely love driving. The rest of the team that helped me out were awesome also. Was thinking about upgrading my Buick Encore. Went into Carl Black and met Chris Holland. I explained to him what I was looking for. He listened and understood what I wanted. Chris went above and beyond to get me the car that I really wanted, even though it was pretty exact what I was looking for. We got into some really rough negotiations with the manager, but with the help of Chris, Travis and Billy I drove home in the car I really wanted. If you are looking to get a new car, I would recommend looking for Chris. He listens and tries to get what you are looking for. Thank you Chris, Travis and Billy!!!

J. Palko my salesman and Luis the finance manager were the best when I bought my 2017 Buick Envision. John cared about what car I want he show me all my options and make recommendations without any pressure at all. It was my best experience buying a car in my life.

Luis worked a great deal for me making the payments close to the amount that I feel comfortable, even offer me an extended plan that make sense.

These guys are awesome and my experience with them was great, I will continue making business with them and Car Black. If you need a car go and see these guys they know what service is all about.

It has been 15 years since I bought a car - not because I couldn't, but because, based on my last experience, the process was awful. I went to a different Chevy dealership in central Florida last week, and while the salesman was very nice, the floor manager, who came in to "seal the deal" was as shady as I remembered. My treatment was condescending and bordering on rude. Now - for my experience with Carl Black. I have to give all the credit for this car purchase to my salesman, Will. He listened to what I wanted, and guided me to the perfect vehicle. I am still amazed at how well I was treated and the absolute respect Will showed toward me. I have my husband's vehicle which I will trade this summer. I will do one stop shopping - Carl Black - and this is 100% because of my salesman Will.

Cliff and Luis the finance manager were the best. Cliff was personable and cared about our recent car loss. He helped us find a car and eased the pain if getting back into a car note. Luis worked a great deal and the next day called us back to say He lowered our payment even more so we need you to sign again. That was the best news I have ever heard from a dealer after the deal was already signed and complete. These guys will definitely keep our business going forward. I am impressed with the customer service and how they cared about our well being. Thank you both so much!!!

If there ever were a "difficult" customer to grace the doors of Carl Black Chevy in Orlando, it would undoubtedly be me! With as many obstacles and flaming hoops that Raheim Brown (highly recommended by the way!) had to overcome to achieve my sale there is no question that he and the team at this location are nothing short of the best. I was beyond thrilled with my service and the level of communication that they had with me every step of the way. Lizzie is as sweet as a button and was almost as excited about me getting a car as I was.(also someone I highly recommend) If you are wondering where you'll get the best deal and what sales team will have your best interest in mind, look no further. This is the place to go and these are the people to see!! I will definitely be back for my next car. 5 stars for sure!!

My wife and I recently bought our second vehicle this year from Carl Black. To be honest, we didn't even shop other dealerships because we felt so comfortable with our sales rep, Leo. He's more knowledgeable than any other rep at any other dealership we visited. He got us an incredible price on the vehicle and he spent plenty of time with us going over all the details to make sure we were comfortable with the purchase. Then, after all of the paperwork was complete, he covered everything about the vehicle that we would need to know front to back, inside and out. Hands down our favorite dealership we've ever dealt with. Thanks to Leo, Carl Black is the only dealership we will every buy a car from in the future. My husband bought me a brand new 2016 Chevy Tahoe for Christmas A surprise as you would see on a commercial. From beginning to end and to this day my service, communication, and experience with Carl Black have been outstanding. They helped to make a Christmas morning one I will never forget. I then had the pleasure to meet Bryan Moon in service. From a small noise to an oil change he takes care of me and my vehicle from start to finish.. I personally will not work with anyone else, unless Tony is there and Bryan is not. Thumbs up to my boyzzzz at Carl Black !

Was in Orlando on vacation and my 2013 Equinox was having light issues. Stopped in and the service department was busy. Young man named Bryan Moon was helping us. It was a wait and we were in a hurry so he looked real quick , tapped on the light and it came back on. We were happy and off to the beach. Came back to see him for service before driving home. Great service. Nice friendly people

Bryan has always been our service advisor, he is very professional and knowledgeable at his job. Always making sure the service is done in a timely manner or he sets up for a courtesy car. Josh Neville was the sales representative who assisted me at Carl Black Chevrolet and it was a great experience. I was upside down on my current car and Josh worked hard to help me get my previous car taken care of and put me in a brand new 2017 Chevrolet Malibu and I love it and my payments are where I asked them to be. I didn't have to go back and forth negotiating the price. I went in and told Josh my issue with being upside down on my car, the reason I wanted to trade it, the payments I wanted and he was able to get it all taken care of in a day. Josh was very professional and I could tell he had my best interest in mind and wasn't just trying to make a sale to benefit himself. As I was puling out his manager Matei walked over to introduce himself and let me know Josh worked hard to get me the deal I had asked for and also thank me for my business. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and the staff was very friendly. I LOVE my NEW CAR!

I recently purchased my GMC Canyon from Carl Black Chevrolet. Leo Willis was our salesman. I chose Carl Black because I asked not to be contacted when I inquired about buying my truck online initially. Carl Black Chevrolet was the only dealership who honored my request not to be contacted. When we got to the lot we were immediately approached by Leo and we told him what we wanted to look at. He brought out the exact vehicle and left us alone to look at the vehicle. Then we left telling him we would return. He didn't try to pressure us or coerce us in any way to stay and purchase a vehicle. He simply thanked us for stopping in and told us he would see us later. In the meantime, I decided on exactly the truck I wanted and emailed it to Leo who immediately found it on the lot and got back to me. I revisited Carl Black Chevrolet and test drove my new vehicle. Their finance guys are the same as any other place, they sit behind a glass and play cat and mouse with you but in the end I felt I got a fair deal. Leo Willis, however, was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, he was personable and he honored my wishes by not pressuring me. I would definitely recommend Carl Black Chevrolet and Leo Willis if you would like a hassle-free experience.
