Stayed in the suite and had snoopy himself tuck in the little ones. The room was nice and clean but there was no mini fridge or microwave. Snoopy was definitely worth the extra money. He really did a great job tucking in our girls. The room was modern and the girls still talk about it 2 weeks later. I definitely recommend paying extra for the breakfast buffet ticket. It is more than a continental breakfast you can choose from plain scrambled eggs and cheesy scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon, country fried potatoes, a variety of cereals, waffles (with a perfect crunch), muffins, bagels, buscuits, etc. I was very impressed with the breakfast buffet and the wait staff were beyond generous.

We love this hotel. The rooms are nice and comfortable. The pool is amazing, nice spa. They also offer a breakfast package for buffet breakfast at amber waves. The food is good, they have full bar and you can have drinks by the pool.

If I could give them less stars I would. I stayed at this hotel this past month in October everything was fine until I forgot my diamond ring in the room. Both my husband and I saw the ring in the room before we left and I forgot to grab it. Well I left the park early to grab my ring the housekeeper was in the room and my ring was gone. Yep she stole the ring and when I told the manager he said that they had to do an investigation and they would call me as soon as they could. Well 2 weeks passed no call. So I called they said the housekeeper said she didn’t take it so basically I am a liar and I am not gonna get my ring back or what its worth. They have thieves working there and they simply allow them to take you’re valuable stuff. I will never stay here again, please don’t stay here if you value you’re things because they sure don’t.

The Knotts Berry Farm Hotel was very beautiful. At check-in we were easily seen and able to check into our room early. We even had the availability to leave our room keys for other guess that would be coming later when we weren't there. When we came to check our room we found such a beautiful room with plenty of walking space large bathroom and beautifully made beds. We found that everyone in the staff was so nice and willing to help us out as much as possible. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. The staff was very helpful and the food was fresh and hot. I would definitely recommend this hotel whether it's for adults or for a family.

Knott's Berry Farm in beautiful Buena Park, California is a great mixture of thrills and family fun. There are rides for all levels of riders (extreme to tenderfoot). There are also a fine variety of shows that feature, the lovable Peanuts Gang. The food in the park and in the Marketplace are moderately priced and generally can accommodate even the most restricted diet! I would highly recommend Knott's Berry Farm for folks with kids and even adults who are on a budget (can't afford to go to Disneyland or Magic Mountain).

As stated in the room description, they are small and dated. The bathroom are small too with very poor water pressure in showers. If you're just doing an overnight stay or always out, it's a tolerable room.
The restaurant on-site, Amber Waves, had an incredibly long wait time for Sunday morning breakfast.
Now the pro, the staff are incredible helpful and willing to please the needs of their guests. Kudos to them.

The staff is sooooo friendly!! I love this place. Pack your own food because prices are a bit high for their restaurants, but what theme park isn't? Invest in a souvenir cup because the refill prices on those aren't too bad. It does get pretty chilly at night even in summer so bring jackets for the little ones. My family and I buy season passes here every year and it's the best decision we've ever made.

Decent hotel, nice helpful staff, rooms could use some renovation because they are really old. We didn't use they pool, but it looked nice and lots of other people were using it. We stayed in the camp Snoopy rooms, so our kids got tucked in by Snoopy and that was great. Breakfast buffet included with the room was simple and good. All in all a good experience. Very convenient if you are going to Knott's Berry Farm.

Old world style hotel with a Snoopy back theme. Pleasant rooms with a decent shower and bath. Local amenities include a petrol station shop with a variety of goods and an on site restaurant with pretty decent food and service. The hotel has a nice central area with also a swimming pool

Very friendly staff. Restaurant was good and we received excellent service. Kids seeing Snoopy in lobby is nice. Best part is 5 min walk from hotel door and you're at Knott's Berry Farm gate. Rooms were ok, a bit dated. Beds and pillows not comfortable at all, would recommend bringing your own pillows. Pool area great, with kids play area and hot tub. No fridge in std room, but we paid $20 to get one put in for duration of stay. Would give 5 stars due to hotel and restaurant service if not for an uncomfortable night's sleep.

Room was great and very spacious. However, the room wasn't that clean. The walls are extremely thin. Our neighbors were in the hall talking and laughing very loud at 3 am and other guests came and complained and security came. The breakfast buffet at Amber Waves was outstanding! The price per night was very reasonable. The location is very convenient. We were able to go to the theme and walk to it. We even came back early, rested and then walked back to the park later.

The room I stayed in was basic but nice. The beds were comfy, the TV was HD, the shower was clean with a fancy granite wall finish, and it had a standard Bible. The service was also nice. My family and I ordered breakfast which was a tad pricey but the food was better than expected. Additionally, the attendant that brought us our food was personable and professional. Lastly, we have the amenities. They have a basketball court that was online with the NBA as far as hoop quality. You have to put a 20 dollar deposit for a basketball but you get it back when you return the ball. They also have a nice big pool. To add to this, they have a nice restaurant in the lobby if the hotel that has a decent amount of options. Overall the hotel is worth staying in. They have great service, nice amenities and rooms, and good food. As a side note, they are very close to the actual Knott's Berry Farm if you plan on going. It's literally only a 5 minute walk.

Horrible!! It all started the day of check in. We called and moved our check in up one day. And when we did that they never told us that they were going to charge our card that day for 1/3 of the cost which is fine but I forget which card I had on file and that one was no longer active. So on our way there I get an email saying our reservation had been cancelled! And when I called they told me they gave my room away for Monday night. So after about 45min they found me a room! And it was all down hill from there! The price I paid for my package was high for the accommodations we got! The hotel looked like it was run down. They said they had just replaced the beds and they felt like we were sleeping on the ground. And when we opened the pull out couch bed my 3 of my girls the mattress was in plastic and no sheets. So when we got back from dinner we asked for sheets to be put on the bed and they just left us 2 flat sheets to put on ourselves! The breakfast buffet was not impressive for the price I paid per person. I will never eat there for dinner ever again. All the items on there special menu for our package looked good but the entrees were over cooked, the soups were good. The manager was not willing to give us a better discount than 20% off our first night after we all woke up with headaches and back aches. We decided to stay and not check out due to the fact of how long it would take to refund the funds and that we budgeted just enough money for this trip. I will be calling in the morning to complain to the manager about the maids not putting the extra blankets / pads they gave us back on the beds after washing our bedding. We had to put on our own extra pads as well the maids didn't! They just gave them to us and walked away. They did refund me back my $38 in drinks from the one dinner we ate at the hotel. Because of the service we received from the wait staff there. Lets just say I would have been better off at a motel and saved a lot of money and been happier.
