Decent amenities. Lounge was great. Food was tasty. Has a 24/7 market which is a plus. Good stay. View was kind of a bore, but I wasnt really expecting a lot there. Has a pool, hot tub, fitness center and meeting rooms.

We arrived at 4:00 am and had reserved a room with a king bed and pull out sofa. When we arrived to our room there was only a king bed and was handicap assessable. I called the front desk and the lady stated that since my husband was an employee of Marriott (from another state) and we were getting a discount on the room there was no guarantee on what we got. Then why make a specific reservation? I would think Marriott would treat their employees with more respect. Four people had to sleep in this one king bed. The hotel is outdated and there was a hole in the roof of the shower. I would not stay here again. I will say this has been our first bad experience at a Marriott hotel.

An outstanding property, this is a little hidden gem in Santa Ana that will exceed you expectations, The amenities are beyond what one would expect at such a low price-point. This property certainly exceeded our expectations, we will be back! It is easy to become accustomed to the fine amenities and outstanding cheerful staff, they sincerely do under promise and over deliver!

Marriott Courtyard Cypress CA
The reservation and check-in process were both easy and seamless. The hostess, Prianka, was very cordial and efficient checking us in. We asked for a room on a high floor and away from the elevator. We received room 701 which was great with a view of the pool and nearby restaurants.

The room was clean and spacious as was the bath room. The daily room service did a great job keeping the room neat and clean. We ate breakfast here one morning, both the food and service were very good.

All of the Marriott staff that we encountered were friendly and helpful. The location is good with nearby restaurants, a Costco and other businesses. We highly recommend staying at this hotel.

This is a decent hotel, away from the Roaring crowd, where the staff really seems to care. The only issue is that they are not able to cope with the breakfast Crush because of the less than good Courtyard approach to breakfast which is neither sit-down service nor a scatter system free breakfast. Other than that, a great place to stay. Well located as well.

Hotel is fairly standard. Rooms have been recently renovated. We enjoyed out stay. Only complaint, is that our shower did not drain well.

Front desk are very courteous. It has a warm yet cute ambiance. The 2 queen bed room is not roomy enough and it smells like a wet dog. I checked in with my 3 kids but they give us one tiny vial of shampoo and conditioner to be shared by 4. I had to ask them for extra towels and to clean the room each day. I paid enhanced fast speed internet but it's unreliable, with frequent disconnection. My 3 night stay is relaxing at least for the bed is very comfortable and the place is very quiet. I love the 24hrs gym too.

I'm a frequent traveler accross the country and always enjoy a good stay. I enjoyed the room, complementary parking, front desk and the Bistro. What could improve is the lukewarm water in the shower and the shower curtain liner. Although not show stoppers both are annoying. The liner is plastic so it isn't flexible and sticks out into the shower and it's too long and wide. Those two things are the only thing that prevents me from giving give stars but I will definitely be back.

Location: Outstanding! It's directly next door to three smaller restaurants and a 60 second walk from an El Torito (happy hour!!). It's near the corner of a large intersection granting easy access to flow of traffic. Rooms: Just right. Not cramped at all, nice corner lounge couch to chill out and watch TV on. King size bed (a tad stiffer than other Marriotts, but comfortable nonetheless). Service: Flawless. Hotel staff here has been more than accommodating and room service is spot on as well. I would 100% return to this hotel.

My stay was lovely. The rooms are clean and modern. There is free Wifi which is pretty nice, usually you have to pay. And the complementary breakfast was pretty good as well. Overall I enjoyed my stay!

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. They had many shops within driving distance so that was a plus. A couple restaurants within walking distance. It was a really nice place. I would definitely stay there again.
