Upon arrival gentleman at front desk was polite and helpful with info about the locale. Room was on older side but clean. It has all the basics, nice coffee pot and refrigerator. Only wish it had microwave. Beds & pillows turned out to be quite comfortable. Be aware there is no hair dryer. I would reccomend and stay there again since it's walking distance to Knott's Berry Farm.

Rooms are kinda gross and there's not really any privacy except for in the bathroom, beds are uncomfortable, and it's very overpriced for what's delivered. Location literally next to Knott's Berry farm is kinda cool, you can hear the coasters from the parking lot but not inside the rooms with the windows closed. Wouldn't stay again though.

3.4 is DEFINITELY B.S. Ive stayed in multiple 3 star hotels and it takes a lot for me to write a bad review but this place is a total s**t hole. Went to knotts scary farm and booked here for convienence. But the place is a dump. After a night at knotts we got back and as i crawled into bed I noticed my blankets had semen on them. Called for fresh bed covers and the dude said "let me try and find some", after questioning why I needed them. Brought me 2 wool blankets that were nothing more than a cork board with cigarette holes burned in them. No bugs spotted but I am visiting in early winter. Will not stay here again. Door does not seal so bugs will come and go as they please. Very dirty all around. This was really interesting, I climbed into bed and noticed I was laying on a lump, I removed the sheet I was laying on and discovered a stale wash cloth, in the bed. What. Do not book here 0/10. Sorry for long review would not wish this on my enemy.

Great rates for the location (next to Knott's Berry Farm). room size to accommodate 6. Also available Jacuzzi rooms and Suites. A well maintained older Hotel. The room was clean the pool was sparkleing. continental breakfast was to cereals and some mini muffins could use some improvement. We are likly to stay here agen.

Super friendly staff. Had some accommodation requests and they were more than willing to get it done. Check in was really quick, and when we checked out they made sure our stay was pleasant. Close by to any shops you may want or need, as well as gas and convenience stores. Great location.

Nice stay. The staff was friendly and was decent for the price. Surprisingly quiet but was difficult to find parking after 10 pm. Bedding was clean as well. No microwave but mini fridge provided. They do have coffee, muffins, and other items for breakfast at 6 am.

It was fine. Probably would stay here again. Price was good compared to other places. Friendly staff. Breakfast was only two kinds of cereal, muffins and coffee so don't expect much more.

The stay was nice. The only issue is the doors weren't well sealed at the bottom so bugs easily came into the room. Other than that if you are looking for a place to stay that is close to Knott's Berry Farm and at a good price, this is the best place to stay. The owner/manager was also very friendly and made sure our stay was satisfactory.

Pretty decent room for the price. Nice staff. Really small tub. The one thing I didn't care for was the auto shut off lights. A couple didn't work, and they seemed to sense motion which I understand from an energy conservation perspective but when I'm sitting pretty still reading and the light shuts off, that was a bit annoying. But I wouldn't dissuade someone from staying there over that.
