It was terrible. We had a choice of a tub that works or a door that locked. There were roaches, filthy towels thar were also torn, the safety latch on door was pre broken in case we had to get out in a hurry. No ice bucket, no remote so we couldn't use TV, and we had to make special trip to ask for toilet paper..

You get what you pay for, it's a good place if you're just looking for the basic necessities. I didn't see any bugs, but the floors could have been swept better. Had fridge and microwave but no coffee pot. TV worked well. WiFi was a little slow, but functional. Shower had good water pressure. I left my band equipment in my car for my 3 night stay and it was all there when I left so that was relieving. I'd stay again if I was looking to save some cash.

Spacious room, management is very nice, and good rate. Honestly I feel it's a great place for what I'm spending, and cheaper than other places around. And a few of them were horrible but still charging upscale prices 😖

Worst place by far ive stayed in. Roaches in the room. No. Maid service. Had to throw my own trash away. Went 3 days no toilet paper. I had to also vacuum my own room. Not worth the price i paid. Not to mention i never got a room key

Door lock wasn't working so we couldn't be given a key. They'd have to let us in with a master key. Room was not in good condition. There were walls and doors marked with crayons. The lamp that was supposed to be between the beds but instead there was the outline that a lamp was there at some point in time. Dresser was broken, no fan in bathroom, weird marks on the mirror.

Nope, nope and nope!! Traveller BEWARE of this roach hotel! Dirty carpet, walls, toilet, shower, big ol' beetle on the wall!! I don't understand how this place is running as filthy as it is. Our only saving grace was that we travelled with our own sheets, otherwise we would not have slept on those beds. The bathroom was grungy at best. I showered only because we arrived from a day at a waterpark and I made sure to keep my sandals on. I am shocked and appalled that this place is in business. I'd give this place 0 stars if I could.

My mother is staying there currently, and she is being treated and taken care of so very well. She is disabled, so they provided her with the downstairs handicap room, great accessible shower, and they are all very friendly. I have totally peace of mind knowing she is there. 10 out of 10 would recommend to a friend!

The service sucks. The guy gave me a room that had only one lock that worked & his suggestion to me was to just put a chair up against the door. Not only that I personally had two guys messing with the door when they thought I had already had jumped in the shower when I had actually stepped back into the room to put my phone to charge I heard them messing with the door & at first I thought I was tripping so I stood there a bit longer and sure enough I heard someone picking on the door. I stood there listening to the guys doing their thing till I finally decided to just call the front desk from my phone because my room also had no phone & I spoke to the front desk guy & he said he will come talk to me & when he did I told him what happened & only thing he could tell me was to put a chair on the door. I would had called the cops but I would of have no evidence & on top of that even if so they would only suggest me to move to a different hotel which I didn't have a ride kto get around when I pleased & the front desk wouldn't give me another room.

This place should be shut down! So dirty and disgusting. Moldy shower curtains and roaches even in the fridge. Place literally looks worse than the projects. Don't know how it says free breakfast, but there is not and you probably wouldn't want it.
