We have stayed here quite a few times. It may have looked kind of scary from the outside, but have had no problems. Actually pretty quite for the most part. Love the new renovations! And love the front desk workers!!! Mr, first name Chi last name No and Misses. Wetta. Lol. Good people!!! Thank You for the hospitality!!!

Awful and disgusting!! Beds are like sleeping on the floor and are very old! The linens are stained and gross! Pretty much everything was stained and old! The only thing I could possibly say was a plus was the size of the rooms

Property is very rundown and in need of basic repairs. Trash of all kinds was under our bed which was evident because the bed frame was pulled away from the wall before we arrived.
Won't come back.

Kinda sketchy but left alone in the room. Very basic amenities, no fridge or microwave parking is plenty but also kinda sketch. Nice big bed, old ass tv and small bathroom. But for $45 cant beat it.

Bed Bugs. I've stayed at Knights Inn several times, knowing it's not the cleanest, not everything works, and that there is not a fridge or microwave in the rooms as advertised. I've tolerated the dealers and ho's knocking on my door by mistake. The price is cheap.
Friday I woke to something biting me. And scurrying across the sheet, a bed bug. Management only offered to send the maintenance man, and I was reminded of the No Return policy. Really? I'm looking into filing a formal complaint, and have already filed a report with the health department. I have to give it 1 star, or Google will not post this.

This place is so dirty! Found a condom wrapper on the side of the bed. I don't think they even vaccum this room. I will not come here again. Just driving throughshould have drove 10 more miles. Don't stop here.

Helped a couple and their two kids find a place near 27th are and McDowell till they where able be to get money in the morning. Price is $32 but ended up at $65. They paid for room but we took them there since the price was $32. Smelled like sewer water when we helped them in to their room. Hopefully it will be a good night for them.

2 Recent Murders one after the other at this place.one could probably find a better and safer place to stay on your visits to the Phoenix Area. This neighborhood is a very poor reflection of what a great city this is.

It's OK. Roaches and they have a lot of Cray Cray stuff going there but the guy who works the night desk is the coolest. Treat my friend good and held treat you better.

Disgusting! This owner should have the Health Department Shut Him Down! roaches welcome you in your room, the bed had so many lumps on it from the mattress being so old, telephone didn't work, sink barely hanging on intact, with no cold water running from faucet, the grounds littered with garbage and people just okay in sleeping or living in slum like this, this owner should be put in jail and charges filed on him for even asking people to pay 70 for this dump, I could not believe it, we were there a short time to visit and was being charged 100 pet deposit, are you kidding me? My dog wouldn't even drink the water there kept crying I thought he had to use the restroom, turns out when I said goodbye he ran down the stairs in the car and when we got home he ran to his bowl drank water and jumped for joy he was out of that disgusting eye sore off the freeway. Shame on you OWNER for being so greedy you would duct tape that place than fix it up when you probably have money on top of money to fix it Mr Scrooge! And Shame on you for even charging 70! Those ho rooms shouldn't be rented out for more than 20.or less, torn curtains, curtains just hanging off the rack not put in place correctly, broken windows just a damn dump. I rented that place for a family member never again would I embarrass myself or anybody booking this dump. And it doesn't even deserve one star! You know it is bad when not even your pet wants to be in there.

Want to givw it 00 stars. Worst hotel ever. Roaches in the 3 rooms they switched us to. Smell of stale cigarettes in all 3, even though they were suppose to be non smoking. Prostitutes and dealers everywhere! All around disgusting place. And no refund even if you check out a day early because of roaches crawling over you

This place does NOT deserve any stars but in order to write a review, I need to leave one. So 1 star left to write the review but 0 stars for our stay and experience.

Upon check in, we encountered a rude older blonde haired woman at the front desk. Unfortunately I did not catch her name. We were not advised that all 3 nights were going to be charged to our card upon check in until she gave us the receipt.

When we entered the room there was a horrible scent which stayed in the room even after we sprayed w/ Lysol. The room stated non smoking but clearly previous guests smoked in this room.

Light fixture was broken, actually the cord was cut. We could not properly charge our phones because the electrical outlets were loose and even sparked! There was mold in the shower from top to bottom. The toilet leaked. No hot water in the sink. The bathroom door was dirty, we had to wipe down with our own wipes. The blow dryer sparked upon turning on. We booked through Wyndham via phone for 2 queen beds but they were doubles. Room was NOT clean as sofa had dust and table had debris.

We are in town due to a family emergency. Went to checkout because father in law is being transferred to another medical facility closer to his home. So we requested a refund for the 2 remaining nights that we were charged for upon check in and was told by the same rude woman that there were no refunds. Asked to show us this policy because it was not on any of the booking websites and she showed us this little piece of paper covered with dust placed away from the counter.

We called Wyndham which sent us to Knights Inn corporate to submit a complaint regarding conditions and service. Also filed a complaint with county regarding safety issues and violations.
