I arrive at TOWNE suite place on December 1st. and I am going to be staying here for 2 to 3 😫 months. I miss my own bed😢..let me tell you about this hotel. I’m a woman who is very meticulous and so picky about a lot of stuff. When it comes to cleanliness and great service this is the hotel for you. I love my bed and the pillows the room smells good when I checked in. I love the quite Road if your a runner. All stores that I need is very close. The best fitness center you can go to is LIFETIME FITNESS in McDowell Rd.
All nice restaurant are just very near. Housekeepers do a great job, also the lady who makes breakfast she keeps the place so clean. I never make it to the breakfast area because I love to sleep late. Everyone are nice👏🤗. Very clean, good customer service, nice staff. Like they say great management great employees..10 stars 🌟 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Place is clean and room have all the needed necessities and the some. Decor is a little odd and so is the facility entry. Not sure that's a bed thing just not as cozy as I have expwrinced.in the past with other establishment's.

We rented several rooms for out of town family to stay for the weekend. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff were a pleasure to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

It was our first time to stay in a TownePlace Suites hotel. The room was plenty large and clean. It includes a small cooktop, refrigerator, microwave oven, utensils, and some cabinets and drawers. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a complementary breakfast that was quite good with enough different food choices. Check in and check out were a breeze.

Hotel looks new or newly remodeled. Rooms are comfortable. Hot shower, comfortable bed, and stable WiFi. Would stay again.

This hotel is a very nice and beautiful place to stay. Rooms are beautiful with plenty of storage and the bed are amazingly soft. I would recommend staying here any day.

Employees get 5 stars. The one star is based on NFPA-80 this place is to new and would not pass a fire door inspection. My 35 years of providing fire door assemblies makes me responsible if I don't pass it on. Now it's in the hands of local jurisdiction.

I am having an amazing stay. They have cribs you can request to be put in your room for your stay so you don't have to bring a pack n play. Also they have a stove top in your room, and a grill outside available so you can cook your own meals. There is also a large fridge and microwave in your room.
Everyone was so friendly and the complementary breakfast filled the whole family!

The room was really nice and priced right! Our room had two beds, kitchen, desk area, big TV, and a really nice bathroom. We will defenitly be back again next year!

Just a quick overnight but a nice place. Rooms are large & we'll appointed. TV was in a weird spot but still viewable from bed. I would stay here again.

Pretty good hotel. One of the cheapest ones around in Goodyear too. The rooms are quite big fitted with a huge TV, a comfy bed, and a kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired. Everything is clean and comfortable. The standard free wifi is not great or anything, but serviceable.
The only thing I found annoying is the fact that it's quite noisy around here, the Interstate is not too far from the hotel and you'll hear it. Also the refrigerator makes a lot noise every few minutes.
All in all, it's a good hotel though.
