Very caring. They have been so great. Customer service is wonderful, great attitudes and the rooms have been really nice.
No frills hotel which I used for my work trip to Az. Reception is friendly and very helpful and help to receive my online purchases. Good sized rooms and have all the basic amenities (coffee machine, fridge, USB chargers and a microwave oven). Beds are comfortable.
House keeping is prompt and hygiene standard is acceptable.
My first time staying here, and I will definitely be back. They really cater to CTCA patients. Free breakfast, special room for us, free water. The hotel is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and there's lots of restaurants around for meals. Staff was excellent!
Hotel was clean, beds were always clean, tidy, and comfortable. Hotel staff was friendly and kind. A little more expensive then other options but was worth the extra money.
This place is awsome! Very clean. Staff was great. When in phoenix area this is the only place ill stay.they also have contract with cancer treatment centers of america. Patients are treated to lots of discounts and ammenities. Best place ever! Must try.😀😀😀

The front desk and housekeeping staff were so helpful from the time we checked in until we checked out.
Our room was spotless and our beds were very comfortable. My sister and I had an excellent stay.
Our stay was very last minute (our mother is a CTCA patient) but the staff went above and beyond for us while we were there visiting and tending to her. Their kindness and assistance of the staff meant so much to us! Would highly recommend this property and we will certainly be back!
I have stayed here about 4 times. I was in town with my mother to receive cancer treatments. The people are very kind and service was always great. That being said the last stay I found a bug in my bed and the hallways reaked of sewage.
Treated me live a valuable guest, like I wish all hotels would. Welcomed me as a Spire member, upgraded me to a beautiful suite. I will definitely return.
Warm cookie was extra treat at check-in.
Great rooms, and good food and bar. Easy to get where you need to go.
The staff is friendly and accomodating. And the rooms are clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.
No hot water, and sludge from the coffee maker. Black mold on the ceilings, maybe it's from the moldy Kuerig. Our room is directly above the lobby, so it's very loud. I've slept for about 30 minutes all night with the paper thin walls. And the sheets are paper thin, so move an inch and wake up the entire room with the crumpling of the sheets. Loudest hotel ever, oh did I mention it's on the highway? This is no place for a cancer patient. I can't even make a cup of hot water in my room, I got murkey brown water after I used a water bottle in the coffee maker.
Called 2 hours ago about not having hot water, I have to catch the shuttle to my appointment without a shower :(
The staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable and up to date. On site restaurant serves good food at great prices.
Excellent hotel. Very comfortable, clean and well maintained. Service was good. I'm used to getting the bright side breakfast at Holiday Inn though, and the breakfast here is not complimentary. That is why I have just for stars.
