I called multiple times several days in advance to rebook/ cancel a reservation before I could finally reach the manager, Jenifer Lavario be warned, this was among the most disrespectful, pathetic excuses of a manager I have encountered. I hadn’t even said hello, and her horrible attitude was already apparent. I explained that my business travel was canceled, and that I was aware of a penalty charge. She berated me, screaming “Thats what happends when you guys don’t know how to read the reservation!” she repeated several times..you guys? Who? Me and all the customers that bring money to this business and provides you a job? Them? I am highly offended by how she repeatedly attacked my intelligence. I am a well educated person, and it’s clear that Jenifer’s education has not surpassed high school, if thar. If you need to go on a business trip, or even vacation DO NOT COME HERE. You’re better off anywhere else. The customer service here is rock bottom.. I didn’t get a refund or help. Jenifer would not listen or let me explain the situation, like how I had been trying to cancel previously. She attacked my intelligence by saying I can’t read, repeatedly. I have been a long time patron of Comfort Inn, and I have never had an experience so awful. BEWARE.

Very helpful and friendly staff. The place wasn't worth the price which went from $80 a night to $109 because of Seahawks vs Cardinals and yet the location isn't near the stadium. The rooms main light for bed area went out and you hand to unplug power cords to turn on coffee pot. But choose wisely or you'll be unplug refrigerator. The lobby's computer wasn't connecting to internet. I had to email document to hotel and print it off from there check in desk. Again, the staff was very accommodating. The room was clean and we'll stocked. The complimentary breakfast was as expected. Would have been better if it went until 10am instead of 9am.

Very nice, quiet, clean place. The breakfast is always good and so is the customer service. It is also located in a great area with tons of shopping centers within walking distance.

Check in was quick and easy. Clean cool room after hot Phoenix day. Dropped stuff off had no problem returning after concert, well lit building inside and out, felt safe. Snooze through Continental breakfast, but it was available. Check out was easy, did not feel rushed. Slept wonderfully shower was hot

This Hotel has just recently gone through renovations and it is beautiful! From the time we checked in and checked out everyone was very friendly and courteous. We even got a goodie bag on our way out, which was nice since we were traveling.

Choice Hotels Inc. is a great place to stay. The comfort of the hotel was excellent. The staff at the hotel was excellent. The rooms were clean and fresh smelling. The hotel had a great breakfast. Due to the time of this visit and past visits makes me want to stay only at the Choice Hotel properties.

The hotel is located at 5th Ave and Bell Rd. The hotel is rather small but comfy. They have a nice pool and a large free breakfast. The bed was nice and plush with 5 pillows. The room had a mini fridge, a microwave, coffee maker with regular and decaf coffee. Nice large shower and in room AC. The hotel is located is located very close to several restaurants, and a few miles from a large mall.

The room was pretty expensive and I ended up getting a room near the lobby. Upon first entering , the key card made the door light up but not unlock and it took many tries before it functioned properly. Opening the door, it scrapes on the ground and is hard to open. The room was just not the best quality and everything was old. The bed and pillows were fine. And the TV and fridge works. So its not terrible but definetly not really even 4 star materials.

We stayed here for 4 nights and was very impressed. Everyone was very helpful and nice even though they were very busy. The only complaint we have is paying $28 per night to park in the hotel. That seems too much, especially since it was only $10 to park next door. Location was great. Walking distance to Minute Maid Park and Discovery Park was a nice place to hang out.

My family stayed there over the holiday and loved their stay! It's their favorite hotel in the area and stay there consistently. The hotel is always clean and they enjoy the breakfast provided.

The rooms are nice too locations quiet the staff is friendly for the exception of the maintenance guy who questioned whether or not I should be there eating the continental breakfast and so I had to go up to my room to get my key to prove that I was a guest in the hotel so that I could eat the free breakfast that they're going to throw out anyway when people don't eat all of it. However the breakfast is really good the rooms are cleaner than most and safe parking and good location with lots of shopping within walking distance
