For $65 it was adequate. No frills. Clean enough. Beds decent. Again, for the price it was fine.

Not a bad place. Extended stay guests were outside and kept staring at my wife and kids but otherwise the place wasn't bad. New owners will hopefully help with the extended stay guests.

Im not sure what the other people are talking about, our room was clean including the bathroom.the beds comfortable . We just stayed a night we would stay here again. Great price and even a mini fridge in the room nicemotel6.

I can't believe this place is even legally allowed to operate as a hotel. It might have been nice when it first opened in 1964, but nothing has been touched since. My friends and I weren't even in the room for 5 minutes before we were on the phone booking a room at a different hotel. When we pulled up there was a dude looking like he was straight out of "The Hills Have Eyes" pushing trash across the lot.

I have read the other reviews and find them hard to believe. I personally had a great stay. I don't always stay at economy properties bit when I do I understand what purpose they serve. This property was very clean, the manager was very nice and she did a great job of letting me know of all the offerings. They do a great job keeping the rooms clean and taking care of their customers. I would definitely reccomend staying here if your looking for a clean comfortable room on a budget. For the money, best economy property in Grand Rapids. They also have very large flat screen TVs.
