Very happy with our six night stay. Hannah on the front desk met all our needs. Room was comfortable. Housekeeping was good. Tasty breakfast. Excellent rate for this hotel. We came up from Florida to visit with grandkids and great grandkid. We WILL stay again.

Smelled like marijuana in the halls the entire weekend. Mattresses are uncomfortable. Pool was nice.
2nd stay.
The housekeeping wasn't finished for the day when we checked in at 5pm. Have a room on the first floor next to housekeeping. The washers ram, unbalanced and BANGING against our wall until after 11pm, which made it impossible for my kids to sleep. Then loud dryers until midnight. Unacceptable.response / report this review -

Our ins. Is putting us up here til can find a place after a house fire. The staff is very helpful generous and the rooms are beautiful. Very happy so far! This is our 4th day here.

Very clean and comfortable rooms with modern design and updated fixtures. Microwave and refrigerator are included in the room. The provided breakfast is great and has a wide selection, from healthy options to pancakes. WiFi is fast, which is good because cell service is spotty. Staff was very friendly. Discounted rates are very difficult to find,

Clean rooms and community areas. The free breakfast had a pretty good, very fresh selection. Extra towels in the room, comfy bed & plenty of pillows. Keurig in the room. Every single staff member that I came into contact with was pleasant and helpful.

Very nice place to stay. Friendly staff and very clean. Close to the start of Barry Roubaix. Garden hose available to was your bicycle.

We opted to get a hotel room on April 8 when we were in Hastings so that our daughter and niece could go swimming. The pool at Hastings Holiday Inn Express was much cooler that a hotel pool typically is. The two 6 year olds didn't stay I the pool for more than 15 minutes. When it wad brought to the attention of 2 different stuff members they didn't even bother to check the pool to see if the thermostat was working properly. We swim in a hotel pool near our house everyday and are familiar with the temperature that hotel pools are kept at. We were all, including the kids, woke up 3 times during the night because of the other disrespectful guests screaming and being baligerant. I forgot to bring snacks for the kids with me, so i went to the breeding machines there only to discover that all the beverages were unavailable. On a positive note, I can say that the room and hotel were clean. I, however, will never stay at Hastings Holiday Inn Express again or recommend it to anyone.

The hotel feels new, and the sheets and towels were white and soft. The breakfast was good and included some fresh fruit. The desk workers have been very kind. I heard some kids laughing and giggling in the pool, so it can't be too bad. Overall, a solid hotel.
