Cozy Cat Cottage is an amazing organization! We have adopted two kitties from them, one being an orphaned kitten that they helped us bottle feed and save. Their facility is clean and their cats and kittens are healthy and happy. Every time I am there I am still so pleasantly surprised by how social and friendly their cats are, that is not the case with most cat rescues. It speaks to the dedication of the staff and volunteers to making each cat as adoptable as possible and ensuring the facility meets the needs of the cats in their care. The director Cindi is also an amazing person! She is always willing to help when she can. Balancing the desire to help all the kitties with the need to ensure the health of those in her care is a hard task and Cindi does an amazing job of it. I am proud to know Cozy Cat Cottage is here in my community helping out the cats of central Ohio. They are a fantastic facility with amazing staff and volunteers.

The people there were very nice and helpful in picking out a new family member. We found a beautiful black cat to add to our family.

Friendly staff and great set up for cats. They allowed me to tour and get to know some of the cats to help with the process of adoption. Will be taking my kids there to pick out our newest family member very soon.

If you love cats and are looking for a companion or a companions companion, start here. Kittens to cats, all spayed or neutered. The cats are all well cared for and have histories and personalities on display. Most of the cats roam freely in a large viewing room you can walk through. You can pick a friend or let one pick you. The staff are friendly, helpful and truly cat people. Even if you can't adopt right now, they have a small gift shop that helps support their operation. By the way, they also accept monetary donations and will even take recyclable aluminum cans. This is a good cause, giving these animals a safe place until they find a forever home.

They do a lot of good placing older animals; however, they always reject very young kittens. That seems wrong.

Other shelters are sleazy and smelly. Cozy Cat truly cares for every animal. They're all up to date on shots, spaying and neutering, and detection of the worst infectious diseases (FIV, feline leukemia, etc.). They will let you know everything they can about the cat's history and ask questions to make sure the cat is going to a forever home.

I've adopted twice from here on two separate occasions. One of the cats I chose had a bad cold and they nursed her back to full health in a month before they would let me take her home. So excellent!

Tried to adopt a kitten there last year. The staff were rude and acted as if we were monsters for surrendering our cats to the Humane Society(over 10 years before). They would hear no explanations(I guess I was supposed to quit my job and live on the streets with the cats). I understand that they want responsible owners but there has to be extenuating circumstances considered sometimes. In the end we ended up with 2 kittens from elsewhere and they are very loved. Beware of this outfit!

Lady was incredibly rudetwo professionals with a cat and small dog denied adoption because of declawing a cat 10 years ago. Even tho we now acknowledge would never do againwas a ridiculous experience.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. The volunteers acted as though we were bothering them with our questions however they were more than helpful to a lady who brought in some donations. However the biggest issue I have with CCC is the fact that we were denied an adoption merely because we were forced to surrender a pet over 10 yrs ago due to circumstances out of our control. I completely understand that they don't want to grant adoptions to people who will just willingly surrender an animal because it no longer fits their life. However we were never given the chance to explain that we tried everything we could think of to find our pets homes. We posted flyers everywhere possible, wrote to all of the vets in the area hoping someone would have room for them. (This was before social media) No luck. So rather than just turn them out into the cold to fend for themselves, we did the only thing we knew at the time to ensure that they would be kept fed and warm: we surrendered them to the only place in the area at the time that would take them - Humane Society. However to CCC, doing this makes us horrible people. Shame on you Cozy Cat Cottage!!

Wonderful experience. I love that the cats are able to run around and not locked up. Volunteers are super helpful and friendly. Adoption process was simple. Overall, we love our new kitty and couldn't be happier to get a cat from here. Thank you!

The only way I can describe Cozy Cat Cottage is AMAZING. The director, the medical staff and volunteers go 200% out of there way to help kitties of all ages.. They do everything in their power to help the sick kitties, and humans as well. I have seem for myself what a wonderful place this, and the dedication to the kitties.. I adopted a 3 month old kitten from them, and today he is a wonderful healthy 14 month old boyWho could ask for moreI would suggest anyone having question to go to Cozy Cat Cottage, and find our just what they are all about.. So many great things they have done that they don't even tell you about Many heart warming happy endings that might not be possible if it weren't for Cindi and staff.. I can't image anyone being heartless to say anything unkind about this place
