Ask for Patrick!! He made it so very easy. I dreaded the process but he and Tom made it not only easy but fun. They let me move at my own pace with no pressure what so ever and didn't seem to mind all my silly questions.

Great Service. My Mitsubishi Outlander Sport is a great vehicle. The reliability has been unmatched to my other vehicles.
Oil changed are well priced..I do wish they would sweep the car out and clean Windows when doing the oil change but they do wash it if not too cold out.

I called and scheduled an appointment and they were very helpful. Upon arriving, I was greeted and when I told them my name they informed me I would be working with a Mr. Larry Nelson. Larry told me that he has been there for 20+ years! And with the level of customer service he gave, I'm sure he gets many return customers. Larry took his time and explained everything to me in a way that made me feel comfortable and not in over my head. If I had a question he did not know they answer to, he got up and made sure he got me the correct information. During that time I met the sales manager, finance manager, and the owner. All of them were very kind and welcoming. If you are looking for a fully disclosed, honest, stress-free vehicle buying experience I recommend this location and I DEFINITELY recommend Larry Nelson!

Excellent customer care that is quick and thorough. They always offer a car wash for free and are quick with getting the customer in and the schedules are kept tight unlike a doctor's office. Also, there is complimentary soda and coffee in the waiting room. Great place to get your car service done.
