Great prices, my sales rep found what we were looking for AND that would have a quick delivery time. Cecil & Thomas delivered as promised between 2-5 (about 2:30 ish) & after they connected everything, Cecil made sure all was working. He did a quick washer fill & drain & he ran the dryer before he left. Great delivery service!

This was the first time we visited this store. We were looking for a new refrigerator, washer and dryer. We were helped immediately by a sales representative Grady, he was knowledgeable, helpful and honest. We got a great price for all three appliances. Pretty cool store with a lot to see.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING HERE!!!! These people are unbelievable. My parents bought me a dryer from them & paid for installation. When they delivered the dryer, they said they were not able to install it due to the cord being too short. Fine. We bought another cord & rescheduled the delivery for another day. They say they will call you the day before to give you a time frame for the delivery. Well, they never called. Needless to say, they never showed up on the scheduled day. Next day, my parents go back to the store (because customer service doesn't bother picking up the phone) & were assured the installation will occur on Saturday. Guess what? No one bothered showing up or calling!!!! My parents went back to the store & spoke to the manager once again. Who has time for this? The manager assured them the dryer will be installed on Tuesday. Monday they called & scheduled the installation for Tuesday. My Mom had to come spend the night specifically to meet them in the morning (because I had to work). Aaaaaaaaaaaaandno one showed! My Mom tried calling the store & the store manager numerous times to no avail. So she physically went there. AGAIN. They had told her they will be calling within an hour. My Dad had to go to my house to wait for them. NO ONE SHOWED for THE 3RD TIME!!!!!! WHAT A PATHETIC EXCUSE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! TAKE YOUR $$$$ ELSEWHERE!!!! There are plenty of other options.

DON'T SHOP HERE!!! They are nothing but a bunch of money hungry jokers that don't know a damn thing about what they sell. I came in to get a washer and dryer that was for sale for $580 and before I knew it my total jumped to almost $800. When I questioned why she added a bunch of stuff to the ticket. When I told her to take off the washer hoses and vent hose that we're $80 between the two, she snickered and took them off. She writes down a number on a torn off piece of paper and said go pay the cashier. I walked out the front door and went to Lowe's. This place is just a flashy, fancy flea market as far as I am concerned.

My experience wants that’s great because the return policy that written on the recipient is totally wrong! I bought a phone few days ago and while checking out I asked them about the return policy and they said 5 days for cash return and 30 days for stores credit, but when I go there for to return that item they told me we don’t have any return policy here..WHATT? R you serious M! I do like the products but they will need to update their return policy very soon

I don't usually review things online unless I have a great experience or a bad one. I will never be shopping at brandsmart again and will not spend a penny there ever again. I bought a dryer there last week and they delivered it on Friday with the wrong cord so they lied to me that they will bring the right cord the next day just so I can sign that I received the dryer. I have called them more than 20times and every time I call them, they either transfer me or hang up the phone. I finally called their corporate office and they transferred me to the store again without even saying sorry for the inconvenience. So I was finally able to talk to someone that could help and I still have to wait for 4days before they can send someone to come and hook up my dryer. I read a lot of bad comments about brandsmart and ignored it before shopping there again but I will never return to buy anything there again. They are very rude and have the worst customer service.

Just received my TV after a two week shipping wait and the screen is broken. Called customer service and held for 30 minutes before hanging up. I'm returning the TV and will never return to this place for anything.

I really like these guys. The products are always the cheapest, delivery is swift and efficient (super awesome delivery guys actually) and if there's any issues with your order, the whole team goes above and beyond to fix it. Don't hesitate!

Many options/brands of appliances and entertainment systems/tvs/etc. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. Great prices on bundles and they offer 4 different kinds of financing including 90 days same as cash. I have purchased from here several times and keep coming back.

We needed a set of Washer & Dryer, after hunting them everywhere else, we found in here, both machines LG brand, with prices way lower than anywhere else. And here it is the best part: FREE DELIVERY! - They delivered as we expected, and those two young Men carried that very heavier washer all the way up to our laundry room, and brought with them our old ones. Great guys! - Hey, but we gave them a good tip!!!
Next purchase will be our sound system, for our media room!!

Bought a refrigerator less than 2 years ago and the ice maker went out. have had the hardest time getting Brandsmart to stand behind their product. The repair man from BrandsMart has been to my home 5 times and every time he comes something else breaks. I spent $1300.00 for this refrigerator and now they are only offering me $1096.00 in store credit to replace it. They have the worst customer care in the industry. Would have left no stars but it will not let me post without any.

Order a set of appliances last week and was told to deliver this Monday. But did not deliver. I called them, they said they will deliver this Thursday, but did not deliver not even call me. they didn't fulfill their promise. The agent has really bad attitude when I called them again. Would not order anything from them again.

Good product, but beware folks work on commission here. I say watch out not because the salesmen sell you something you don't need (most are nice and smart), but because window shopping is almost impossible without a salesman coming to you every few minutes.

Also, be careful with appliance deliveries. Make sure you check what the paper actually says, and not what they verbally told you, BEFORE you leave the store.

Very crowded and lively. Not many sales people came up to us. Perhaps they knew we did our research and chose not to sale stuff to us. My first time going inside a BrandsMart, I was overwhelmed by how much stuff they had there. Seemed as if they sold everything under the sun. I'd recommend stopping by this place on a weekday. It was hella crowded on a Sunday.

This store should be shut down. Paid for extended warrenty and can not get appliance serviced. I call schedule service then get another call to receive a cancellation twice in a row. I would not buy lent or dirt from this store ever again. Please go to other more reputable establishments like Home Depot. It's worth paying more. The cheap route will be your worst nightmare like mine.
