Priced to sell high-end personally for this area not in favor of the current income level ppl are earning. Bringing in used R's would be great. These Tv's are 100,000$'s Regular homes cost less plus the company's making them are using very cheap materials not cool at all.

I have been getting my travel trailer serviced there for about 4 years now. Warranty work, insurance work, preventative maintenance, and unscheduled maintenance. The service department personnel are always friendly, knowledgeable, eager to assist, and answer all my questions. They have always treated me right, and I keep coming back.
I also looked into purchasing a new 5th wheel camper, and they have many in stock to look at and great prices.

Nice place. Good prices. Not crowded. But good luck if you just want to look around by yourself to get some ideas as to what you personally would like without the extra push. Didnt comprehend much at the end when we were in the sales trailer. We couldn't find the one we looked at in the brochure we were given. We will go back again.

We have a 29 foot Four Winds Siesta, with 3 slides. We
encountered a problem with one chronic slide, just as we were
packing to drive cross-country. Our Camping World did not have
facilities to perform the job, and they referred us to Keystone.
Although we live almost two hours away, we called, and they got
us in immediately. Everyone was most helpful; they pulled the
slide and diagnosed it and ordered parts, which were delivered
overnight. By Thursday lunchtime, we were ready to go!
We've never encountered such helpful people. Special props to
Andy, who called us back numerous times with progress updates.
Definitely using them from now on, and would hope to purchase
new equipment from them when the time comes.

Thank you Keystone for everything! The process from start to finish was very professional and down to earth. We were going to wait till spring to purchase when JR made us a good deal to purchase in November. I just confirmed that today while visiting an RV show. The same model and year was SHOW SPECIAL at $6,000 more than what we paid! Service after the sale has been fantastic too! Keep up the good work to the people we refer to you!!

Wonderful Sales and Service. Mark Thomas was a joy to work with and it was a fast, and easy process. We picked up our travel trailer, Keystone RV did the financing and installed the hitch in less than 3 hours! We actually went camping in it that day as soon as we left Keystone. The prices were AWESOME as well.

I was not thrilled with my salesman as he was not forthright on pricing during the buying process. The parts shop is overpriced. Unless you need the item immediately, shop on the internet. However since purchasing our rig we have used the service department twice. Friendly and professional people. We used our warranty to replace some items that broke and they took care of everything and got in in and out fast.

We are still driving home but I had to comment on the fantastic experience we just had. Our salesman was Alex but every person we talked to was friendly and very helpful. We drove over 3 hours to get here but I would drive twice that in order to work with them again. Plus we saved thousands (not exaggerating we savedd almost $3000) with Keystones! Thank you to everyone there for a perfect buying experience!!!!

Keystone has a great selection of RVs, a super helpful and friendly staff, and the best prices I've seen in the Northeast. As new soon-to-be RV owners, we've been bombarding our rep, Alex, with questions for the last 2 months, and he's taken them with the attitude of someone who really wants to match us up with an RV we will be happy with. I'm happy to be doing business with such a caring, personable company, and I would definitely recommend giving these guys a call if you're in the market for a new RV.

Mark and JR were amazing to work with! We drove up to buy our fifth wheel from Charleston, South Carolina. We were able to have the hitch installed while we did our orientation and schedule it so we could just show up to have everything done and drive back home. Mark helped through emails and phone calls with all of the information leading up to the day of sale, and JR helped us the day we picked it up. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful from start to finish! They understood that we would not travel 11 hours to come back for follow up work and they still made sure we had all information and resources possible. We priced the same make and model and no one could beat their prices.
