I highly recommend them and the best place to be for vehicle service. But this one time I had to take my truck there. I Had previously had the motor Replaced there. that turned out great and they did a good job. My truck ran great after that year or so later my truck went down. So i needed my truck fixed because it would not start, to make the long story short of course i brought my truck over to them, well I explained what the truck was doing and how to start it. Then I got a call back saying they didn't know what the problem was and it wasn't worth my time or their time to work on my truck. So I pushed the matter and ask what could be wrong with it, they said it could be one of five things I asked can you put those things on the list? needless to say I did not get that list and no recommendations of who to take it to, just simply it won't start.
There sale team is great, the experience I had purchasing my Sonic was great and I have no complaints on that.

My truck's service visit included a tire rotation, oil/filter change and state inspection. I like the online app't scheduling on your website and as always everyone I dealt with in the service dep't was very friendly and I appreciate that. I'd be remiss if I didn't point out the irritants I had during my experience. My truck passed inspection in July '15 when I bought it from your dealership; now, one year later (I put less than 3,000 mi. on it) all four rotors failed (cited delamination and grooved)! I also had to go back to the service counter to have them retrieve my two missing valve stem caps and the oil life was not reset (not a big deal, but I'm glad I checked and reset it myself). I took my truck home and checked/mic'd the rotors myself and they should not have failed, they were all within spec. There was no sign of delam after I knocked the pack rust off. The min thickness on the fronts = 1.516", the worst I had = 1.572". The min thickness on the rears = 1.279", the worst I had = 1.340". The max allowable score/groove depth as per Pub 45 = 0.015", the worst I had = 0.006". I had intentions of bringing the rotors down and having the tech show me why they failed, but to be honest I just didn't have the time. So, I sucked it up and put ~$430 worth of brakes on (which I am not happy about) and brought it down the following week for my sticker. Common sense was to at least let the current pads (which had better then half left) run out, THEN replace the rotors w/ new pads. Please don't let next year be such a hassle.

My car was towed to Grabiak using Chevy roadside assistance. Kim in the service department called me when my car arrived and asked me to explain everything that happened with my brakes. She later called me back to tell me what they did to remedy the issue. Turned out there wasn't an issue but the technician cleaned my brakes and tested the steering. They even kept my car for a few days since there was a massive snow storm. When I called to tell them I was coming to pick it up 2 days later, Grabiak had my car dug out, cleaned and running so it was warm and waiting for me. Wonderful service!
