Very good experience. We needed a lower payment and traded our 16 escape and got a brand new fusion for less of a payment. Thanks to Bob, troy, Dave and Tom for making it happen.

I had several negative experiences here They didn't stand behind a quoted a price when financing fell through on their side. Sales manager Brian was confrontational on the showroom floor in front of other patrons and my girlfriend. Additionally we actually cashed in an IRA prior to maturity because Brian said the deal would be done with a $1000.00 down payment. They could have made it right but instead chose to run my credit numerous times on vehicles I had never seen. I went there with high hopes and came out in worse shape than when I arrived. Very unprofessional treatment and I was extremely disappointed. I was also under the impression the owner had went out and found the truck to work into my budget. I sent an email to the dealership and although I was called nothing changed. I made three different trips to the dealership which included taking a day off of work. It was very sad to see a 21 year military veteran treated so poorly. My name is Thomas Crowe which is different than the Google account..

I was dreading having to purchase a car, but mine started having issues that were costing me more than it was worth. Brian was the absolute best to work with! He picked out a car that he felt would be the best for my needs as well as my budget. We drove a car that I had my eye on from the website first. It wasn't all that I had hoped. Then we drove the car he picked out for me. It was absolutely perfect, better than anything I thought I could afford. He was definitely not the typical "car salesman" persona that you have nightmares about. Very friendly and laid back, extremely knowledgeable, and efficient. I was also impressed with the variety of used cars that they have; no matter your budget I'm sure Brian can help you get the car that you need.

Extremely pleased with my purchase here , everything that mattered to me was covered by Julian and I felt very comfortable driving off the lot. I felt welcomed the entire time and am happy that my first ever car purchase was through Luther Ford.

I went into look at a truck with my fiancé. The truck was in rougher shape then the pictures lead us to believe. When we got there a salesman approached us and he was very friendly. He went and got us the keys so we could look at the truck. While he was doing take we noticed a wet spot under the truck. The transmission case was wet. When we mentioned this to the salesman we were ignored. He then wanted to start the truck before we could check the fluids and was kind of snippy about this but relented. When we did start the truck the check engine light was on. We asked about this and were told that it was because of a wire being damaged. If it was just a wire that was damaged then why wasn't it replaced? We finally take it for a test drive and the salesman was texting on his phone the whole time. When we mentioned that the truck was pulling when the brakes were being used (every time it went to the left at the beginning and then right as it came closer to stopping) the salesmen ignored us once again. We went back to the dealership and go over the truck again and noticed more things wrong. Yes, these are things that could be fixed and some even could be done inexpensively. The price they had the truck listed at was $5,000 over good condition blue book value. When we wanted to discuss the price of the truck the salesman said that they needed to look at our truck before they could even give us a price. We said that we wanted to talk to the sales manager and he refused to get the manager. So, we went to leave and the sales manager stopped to ask us what was wrong and we told him we wanted to know the proper price for such a truck. He said that he would be right back and left us standing there for over 10 minutes and did not return until after we were pulling out of the lot. In my opinion when you ask for a price on a truck without trade in and not including tax, title, etc. they should be able to give you the proper asking price and be willing to negotiate a price that would be fair and proper to both of us (dealer and customer). I will never go there again and will make sure that everyone I know never goes there as well. There are some really shady practices going on there when they want to sale a truck that has the check engine light on.

Don't deal with these people. They sold us a new 2016 ford f-250 diesel that ended up having the entire fuel system replaced (NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY), stabilizer bar replaced among other repairs, and still wasn't fixed to the point where hitting a bump a 45 mph threw the truck into a violent front-end shake that shook the vehicle over the opposite side of the highway. When wanting to trade it in (after dealing with ford directly), they wouldn't honor the deal they originally offered. After being sold a brand new truck that cost well over $9,000 (not covered by warranty) in the first year in repairs, this dealership couldn't even help us make a case with Ford OR get us into a comparable truck at a decent price.

Very suspicious, questionable activity from salesman. I was interested in a 2006 Pontiac G6 that is listed on their website. Using information they provided, I checked to see if there were any recalls on the car. And there are. 3 safety related recalls that involve steering, transmission cable and brake lights. And all 3 have not been corrected yet. I called to ask a salesman about what can be done about these before I come test drive the car and when I asked him if he was aware of the recalls on the car, he hung up on me. I then called to ask for his boss and had to leave a voicemail. Left a messege telling him what exactly just happened and have yet to receive a call back. After asking around, I found out its against Federal Law to offer a car with open recalls on it, for sale. And all Luther Ford has to do is get the car to a GM dealer and all 3 recalls will be taken care of free of charge. I doubt I will ever deal with these people again if they try to sell the public a car with safety related issues, knowing its against the law to do so.

Great experience as far as buying a pre-owned vehicle goes. Drove an hour and 15 min to get there, but was worth it. The sales team was more than fair and was not high pressure. They even had some minor scrapes and cracks repaired on the front bumper the next day and delivered the vehicle to my house free of charge. I would go back again. I think I got a good car - time will tell.

Bob was our sales person and he got us an amazing deal on a new vehicle. Everyone there worked to get the price in our range and we had a great experience. It was our second time buying a car from them, definitely recommend.
