  Great place to buy a vehicle. I was impressed with the excellent customer service and everyone involved went above and beyond to help me get into the vehicle that I wanted. John, my salesman, was very patient and helpful during the buying process. Also spoke to the owner Mr. Kelly while there and was impressed by the time he spent working with us, I would definitely recommend Kelly & Kelly to anyone who is looking for a car that wants to be treated with respect and get a great deal!

  These CROOKS, along with the other SCAM so-called "dealership" they run called 5 Points Auto Masters, are the absolute WORST, most CROOKED, SHADY, and totally UNSCRUPULOUS bunch of SCUMBAGS on the planet! These crooks do nothing but sell unsuspecting consumers these way overpriced LEMONS, usually keeping a spare set of keys to the LEMON, which is a clear violation of the law, just so they can sneak back later and "repossess" the LEMON as soon as the poor, hapless consumer misses just ONE of their outrageous and exorbitant so-called "monthly payments" that these CROOKS EXTORT out of the poor consumer. These SCAM ARTISTS are more than adept at using this state's lax, weak, and ineffectual so-called "laws" pertaining to the selling of used cars to their SLEAZY, CROOKED advantage. Unless and until these "laws" are CHALLENGED and CHANGED, we consumers will continue to be at the mercy of these LOUSY, CROOKED SCUMBAGS like this Kelly and Kelly Investments and their other SCAM "dealership", 5 Points Auto Masters, both located on Bragg Blvd. here in Fayetteville, NC.

  First off I would have to give you history of my day. I went to almost 15 lots to find a car. One major one was Carmax who was rude and didn't even try to help myself or my wife out. The last car lot we went to Kelly and Kelly 4025 Bragg Blvd. I didn't even speak with a car salesman. I spoke directly with the owner of Kelly and Kelly. I told him exactly what car i wanted and he did everything in his power to find someone to finance me and the cheapest way possible. I wasn't treated like just a buyer of a car but treated like a person. I bought a car the same day. They showed me inspection, car fax, I test drove the car and all. This isn't a car lot that just tries to take your money. They were Excellent in every way possible and would recommend Kelly and Kelly to anyone! Great Place
