  One of their agents stood outside my bedroom window yelling to his client at 9:30 am. I work 3rd shift have some consideration for the people around.

  Keller Williams Advisors bought the property I was renting earlier this year, and it was honestly the bane of my existence for the five months remaining on the lease. There were five of us total on the lease and living in the property, and when our previous landlord sold to KWA, all communication went out the window. They told us our online rent portal would be available in May (after they bought the house in March), and it wasn't available until after we moved out, which meant that we had to drive a physical check 20 minutes to their office, which was only open on weekdays, or drop it in an unmarked drop box that looked like it had never been used. At one point, our property manager asked us to leave our keys in the mailbox of our house and vacate the premises for multiple hours so that a third party vendor could come in to take photos of the house. The property manager asked us this the same day it was supposed to happen, and continued to push back and insist that we leave our keys even though we refused to do so because of safety concerns and short notice. She kept apologizing for the inconvenience and then pushing the issue further because, she said, they didn't have any keys -- even though they owned the house. This wasn't the only time they failed to inform us of random people coming to the property, including a waterworks employee of whose presence we were notified after he had already been let into the house by a member of the realty office (who had keys this time) and was working in the basement. We also weren't informed of multiple days of construction via ladder on the front of the house, much of which was directly on bedroom windows. When it came closer to our lease ending, Vicki told us the day of our move out (a Sunday) that we had to turn our keys in to the drop box that night. This was despite many attempts to contact the leasing office about move out concerns, not the least of which was the security deposit. The house was not in amazing shape -- it was an old house, and the previous landlord had neglected a lot of work, like mold and wall damage, as well as many of his possessions left in the basement. I called multiple times and emailed at least twice to ask what the evaluation process would look like for security deposit return since they had no way of knowing how much of the damage had predated us in the house. I never got a call back, a message back, an email back, or a straight answer from anyone I did manage to get on the phone. I was consistently told to call someone else in the same office rather than being transferred. The only information we ever got was a woman named Gail emailing us out of the blue with absolutely no identifying information in her email asking us for mailing information. She responded quite rudely when one of my roommates asked who she was and why she needed that information, even though she had not had any identifiers in her message at all and we had never heard of or from her. Overall, KWA was incredibly incompetent as a landlord, entirely uncommunicative, deeply inconveniencing, and wholly a bad time. I would strongly recommend against renting from them.

  Debi and the Keller Williams team were absolutely fantastic to work with! They were there every step of the way from contemplating listing through closing. The entire team was professional, detailed, and supportive. Debi staged the house and I am positive the fresh, updated look was a big reason our house sold in a day for full asking price. They made selling our house as stress free as a home sale could be. I would definitely recommend working with this team and will certainly use them for any future needs of mine!

  Bought my home 9/21 and have been super busy getting everything in order so this review is long past due.
  
  Chris Donohue was a wonderful realtor. Chris was always available to talk even close to midnight, the guy is great. One thing I remember, my family and Chris was on a walk through viewing of a home. Chris had a keen eye. He pointed out a couple of big flaws that I would have missed it wasn’t all about the sale. He has his clients best interest while also listening to their concerns and needs.

  Our experience with Erin was nothing short of ideal. As a couple with limited experience in house shopping and having heard horror stories about the housing market in 2021, we were apprehensive about our prospects of finding what we wanted. In every conversation, Erin guided us to make our own decisions based on her experience, advice she obtained by the professionals in her office where she needed to, and overall made us feel confident in every decision we made. She provided current market data and historical trends and was very detailed in every step of the process while coaching us through decisions. We walked away from every home and bid with confidence because of Erin's support and attention to detail.
  In spite of our choice to shop off season (fall-winter), Erin helped us find our dream home with all of our must-haves and she guided us through the negotiation, repairs, inspections and closing in what was one of the smoothest experiences I have ever heard of or had myself. We highly recommend Erin and her team!
