Doesn't seem to interested or want to respond to their messages, Tour one house, Requested to tour another house but no response, Especially when a person is putting down a large amount, Never asked about what I was looking for in a house.

Seems like they want you to do all the work even if you have limited resources to find a house,

Excellent experience buying a home through Keller Williams with Terri Verlinde. During the pandemic, we were unexpectedly removed from our rental before our lease was up and could not find another available long-term lease in town at that time of year, so we were forced to buy a home. We were extremely stressed out and exhausted from dealing with the property management group that handled our lease with the rental, and we were anxious about buying a home right after I lost my job and we lost our home of 5 years. We are very thankful we chose Keller Williams and that Terri Verlinde was our realtor. Everything was straight forward and transparent, Terri found us a home that perfectly fit our family's needs and we would definitely hire her again in the future. We recommend Keller Williams to everyone we know, buying a home can be stressful but they made the process very stress free and we are very grateful.

Laura Crowley was to show our home today but never showed up and never cancelled.When she was contacted she lied and said she did a quick walk through. When asked again she lied again and said she pulled in the drive and turned around. I can guarantee you she was never at our house. You need to ask yourself is this the kind of person you want representing you when buying or selling.

We worked with Keller Williams of State College to find our home and we could not be more happy. With the team of Denise Wood and Shelley Brugel we were able to find the absolute best place for what our budget could allow. They went above and beyond our expectations to help us find a place and get the deal done. I would definitely recommend them to anybody.
