  Ryan is disappointing realtor. He had an offer for his client which would have made his client thousands of dollars over what he closed on, CASH, and he didn’t even counter the existing offer nor do anything to make his client more money that was sitting on the table. Including not calling his client to even inform him of the willingness to negotiate with the buyer, or negotiating the offers that were presented to him formally in any way whatsoever. Very disappointing. He rarely answers his phone even when there are offers in the middle of negotiations he just won’t return your calls.

  Ryan was a true pleasure to work with. I had the difficult task of trying to sell a home as a trustee through an estate, and while living in another state. He went out of his way to research things, find people to help me, communicate with the beneficiaries, and help me quickly resolve all issues that arose. He was very responsive and organized every step of the way. I am so thankful he was my realtor during this difficult process. I highly recommend Ryan!

  Ryan was absolutely great to work with! Communication from the start to finish was perfect. I was the seller with no agent so I got to work with him hand in hand. I will hire Ryan for the next property we sell or buy!
