I’ve seen Carey’s picture around town for years. One day We attended an open house that Carey hosted on my street and met the man in person and felt he was great at his job. I held on to his card not knowing that one day I would need him. When we called him to help with the sale of our house and finding a new place to move, Carey stepped up to the challenge. He was great at explaining how the process worked and his wheeling and dealing made the magic happen. He also has a team of people who helped in cleaning up the home and preparing for sale, as well as a broker to help with financing. They even put a team together to help with packing and moving. These guys did all, and continue to do an optimal job. They have all become personal friends and we have kept in touch to this day. I don’t know how to thank Carey and his team more! This process was not an easy one, but they made it as smooth as possible. Highly recommend Carey Eckert as your future realtor, you won’t be sorry!

If you are selling your house, Carey is the realtor that will get you the best price in the least amount of time. He sold our Granada Hills home in 3 days with multiple offers and over the asking price. He saved us thousands of dollars in improvements that we were planning to spend, as he correctly projected that they would not add value to our home. Carey Eckert is the best! He is amazing! He did an excellent job with handholding from beginning to the very end. Carey always promptly responded to any questions we had along the way in addition to personal visits to check in on how we were doing. We were impressed with what he did to make our home marketable in addition to obtaining top dollar after less than two weeks on the market. At the end of Carey's real estate involvement, we gained a forever friend!
