As a lender with Fairway Independent Mortgage I very much appreciate working with knowledgeable and experienced realtors. Karon Hesse is one of the best! We worked together TWICE for the same customer and both transactions went exceptionally well. Karon truly works for the Best interest of her clients. Handles obstacles and gets the job done. Deina Williams was my realtor. She is professional, relentless, customer oriented and personable. Deina help guide me through the whole process from searching for a home to the closing. I got exactly what I wanted for a great price.Who knew buying house could be so enjoyable. If you want someone who works for you ask for Deina.

Joe Mullins is an excellent realtor! I had tons of questions and he was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel informed and capable of navigating the competitive Denver market. Highly recommended him and Matt DeLuzio for a seamless process!

Recently put a contract on a house that Rochelle Borrego was the listing agent on. Turned in my earnest money & started the inspection process. The roof failed miserably & was inspected by a long time, reputable roofing company. It had a dip on one side, very old shingles & soft spots among other things. Needless to say, I cancelled the contract. It took her 2 full days to send me the termination so I could get my earnest money back & then stated that she turned that paperwork to the title company. Not only did she NEVER turn in any of the paperwork, she lied & said she did. Then she relisted the home & when we asked about that, she said "it has a few loose shingles" It doesn't have any loose shingles, it's very bad.

Never have I ever been so impressed with a place! They go above and beyond every human expectation! Roxanne is the best teacher EVER!! I can say I actually enjoyed learning about Contracts, Carrie(sorry if I spellled that wrong) is such a bright happy smiling face when you walk through the front door! After only being there once she greeted me by name! Shane Thomas is an amazing person who kept handing me resource after resource, which helped me tremendously! Also answering every phone call and text imaginable(which was 2 to 3 times a day)! Vicki reached out to me almost weekly to check on me and assure i was where i wanted to be and if I wasn't she had a solution for me! Kevin Wachter also checked on me and gave me words of encouragement! Cory Sayles also offered to meet and study with me when I had just met him and told me his trial and errors and how he overcame them! The team environment there was so outstanding! I am just blessed to have ever walked through these doors! So if you are looking for an agent, a school or a place to be employed look no further, you will find so much comfort in an environment like this! Thanks again guys words don't even begin to express my gratitude towards everyone here!
