Don Shurts is the best realtor I’ve ever worked with. He knows how to navigate the complex world of buying and selling homes. When it came time to sell our house, Don came up with the correct selling strategy which produced both a quick sale with a better-than-expected selling price.

On the home buying side, Don knew what was available in our price range for each neighborhood and house age. He patiently showed us a variety of houses to help us narrow our search. After finding our perfect new house, he led us every step of the way through contract signing to closing with knowledgeable suggestions and help with any potential issues. At all times he was available to answer questions and clarify issues.

Cyndi was amazing to work with. At the peak of the housing market this past year we really didn't know if we would be able to get a house at the budget we wanted and in the neighborhood we wanted. Cyndi was kind, pleasant, and patient throughout our whole journey which took almost a year! Cyndi never rushed us but helped us wait for the right home, at the right price, in the right neighborhood. Once we found the house we wanted, her expertise in the closing process allowed us to get some significant repairs taken care of and we were able to close on the house in 3 weeks!! Military PCS’s are never easy and COVID-19 has made the house buying process even more stressful and frightening. We were recommended to Don and Cyndi from our friends and we could not be happier.
