I have rented from BHHS for nearly 5 years now and my experience with their property management business has gotten exponentially worse from the start. Aside from fixing HVAC issues that they are legally bound to respond to, this company is quick to send a contractor to assess your property issues and rarely follow through. They have allowed my property to go into absurd disrepair over the years (broken windows, gaping holes in the roof, etc) and are only now responding to maintenance issues that have been reported for years because the owner is trying to sell the property. Poor communication, unanswered calls and emails, and rude customer service from property manager. Do not rent from them.
