Very nice neighbors that have been here for years! The train does come through so the first night may bother you if you're a light sleeper but we are not so it doesn't bother me or my husband. Nan is a very nice lady but try not to bug her on Monday lol just kidding!

I haven't lived here, just driven by for years. Maybe some people like that feel and I'll bet the prices are great, but it's not for me.

I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD!!!!! BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!!!

This RV Park has 55 lots with full hook-ups. At my RV site the hook ups for sewage was clogged and it didn't seem to matter to them!!! It has a laundry room with washer and dryers. The washers cost $2.00 a load and the dryers are .25 cents per 10 minute increments, but the dryers don't work that well, it took me almost 2 hours to dry a small size load, which ended up costing $3.00. Which really sucked, I couldn't imagine what a full size load would of cost me!!!! The laundry room is dirty, they don't keep it cleaned up, I've found all kinds of trash and dirty clothes that were left behind. The sink in the laundry room is disgusting. It was filled with dirt and leaves, which I had to clean out because I needed to use the sink.
They allow pets, but you have to be careful where you walk because there is dog crap everywhere!!!!!
The roadways in the trailer park are full of pot holes and there are a lot of bumps, from where they tried to fix the pot holes, which they did a very poor job in my opinion!!!
The rent is supposedly $265.00 a month plus electric, but they OVER CHARGE big time! I ended up paying close to $500.00 a month with the rent and electric together. I personally think that they are screwing people over on the price for electric; because it seems inconceivable to me that I would run up a $240.00 electric bill in my camper. I use propane for my camper also. Plus I had a 2 story house before I chose to live in my camper and my electric bill was never that high!!!! I'm not the only one complaining either, because I had a some other tenants come up to me, griping and complaining about how expensive their electric is and how it shouldn't be that high!!! Some of the tenants that I spoke with, have been at the RV Park for over a year, and they told me that their electric bill has never been that high, unless they are over charging people!!!!!
Another thing, they have a man who takes the trash to the curb on trash day. Which I didn't mind, until I seen the same guy lurking around, I've personally seen him looking and listening to people in there campers, then if he hears or sees something of value or of importance, he will report it back to the Manager of the RV Park. So Creepy!!!! There is no privacy whatsoever!!!!
The Manager Nana says she will work with you, if you need extra time paying your rent, but that's not true, they will kick you out if your a behind, so the manager doesn't work with you like she says she does!!!! In my opinion; the manager likes to say that she will work with you, but that's a lie, because she wants to know when she needs to draw up the eviction notices!!!!
Plus, in my opinion, they are liars at K and R RV Park, don't trust them whatsoever!!!! I would never stay here again!!!!! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND K AND R RV PARK TO ANYONE, !!!! BEWARE!!!!

Lived here 8 years. Lot 23 before qt, n moved to lot 73..was happy until management changed to nane.wouldn't help us.never complained ever. ..or had any. On us .never stepped foot in office. Until they put the rude disrespectful with 4 nippy yippee dogs behind us ..in August 2016.whom let them run everywhere pooping , barking. at first then nane management had them out up a tacky fence. which didn't stop the barking and she made it worse for us.., parties every night slamming beer bottles, n the terrible stares from Mark n his wife Heidi I let it go for a while like months, nane never came around to even ask how things weresick of them n nane.. I was by then..eye for n eye I am she told me us one thing then tell them another she lied. .no help.and is worthlessbut she has dogs too and doesn't follow the rules she puts out herself..showed her a video she says oooo this not how I run my park.having guys underware hanging up for days..outsidewhat a great view .it's turning into a bad place shootings, someone lighting them on fire cause on drugsthis is how she is running her park.I have 8 gbabies not allowed in my book what's going on there .sad it was great when tim ran it n took care of his good paying peoplewe see how she runs her park nowlol ..I still have videos on my phone. it's sad people don't do their jobs.n it's true she don't come out unless tim coming into town..I believe in karma. ..n of coarse by the 3rd, 4th complaint we made on these people n after he mark shimpa the problem patron of 5 months by then.flipped my gkids off n they turned table on us..that was when we were done here. so I need to thank them for my beautiful house w swimming pool, hot tubthanks for being mean,rude,disrespectful to good people whom minded their own..

Best price in wichita . Nice managment. I like it the only thing is the laundry room kept getting flooded and the water system went of for a couple hours so it froze my water line and the wiffi is slow Good place i wouldnt mind going back

Management told us they had pull through spaces, but upon arrival they only had 2 spots for 1 night stays only. The space we got was covered in dog poop. Everyone's dog was running around off-leash. I actually had to kick one off of me! The park is more of a run-down trailer park in a shady area of town. It's located directly behind a gas station and a VERY busy section of train track. 1st night there I woke up every time the train went by (dozens of times). Would never go back. Our stay here made me wish we had just skipped traveling to Wichita all together.
