Just purchased my fourth vehicle from Mike Steven Volkswagen, Jeff Gordon was excellent to work with and once into finance they were also professional and found a great interest rate for me. Service department is top notch! Go there, buy a car, you won't be disappointed.

I work late so the dealership is closed by the time I get off. Paul met after I got off and gave me my own private tour. After a few questions he showed me the lot. His knowledge if the cars was impeccable, but the way he handled himself it was more like speaking with a friend.

This is Wayne I didn't have a goggle account so I used my co-workers. I wanted to make sure I thanked my salesperson. I had a wonderful experience working with Dean Maxwell, he went the full distance in providing me with a great deal. He was patient, friendly and worked with me until the deal was final. He knew what he was talking about and it felt like we were on the same team. Thanks Dean!!!

We recently bought a jeep there. We went to look at the car a couple times before buying it. Christina Foreman helped us and she was very nice. She was not pushy or trying to pressure us into anything and we really appreciated that. That brought us back to actually buy the jeep. We loved our car but we also loved her helping us and being so friendly when helping us. When we came back the next time we met with a gentleman named Darin because Christina was not in yet. He was nice too. My only complaint was that the finance guy, who was very informative which was nice, but he tried selling us GAP 3 or 4 times when we said no. Then when we came back they had taken the price of our car to $1000 less just so they could add in the $900 GAP policy. He kept pushing it and I kept saying so so he finally took it off. I am a former banker and sold GAP and I knew what I was getting/not getting by saying no to GAP. Other than that, we had a decent experience and really enjoyed talking with Christina and she was very down to earth as well. Thanks a lot!

I had a great car buying experience. The employees were very helpful and informative. My salesman Dean Maxwell was especially great, I enjoyed the small talk and casual banter he brought into my experience buying a car. He was professional, and I enjoyed doing business with him. Thank you!

I actually do chair massages here every Tuesday from 9 to 5. There is a manicurist available as well for ladies day. Having worked here for five years now, I can honestly say there are very helpful, courteous, and genuine sales people here. I'm not being biased, but I do hear and see things behind the scenes. These are genuine people trying to get you a genuine deal on the car of your dreams.

I would like to acknowledge to Mike Steven Volkswagen the great experience I had when I purchased a Chrysler 300. Dean Maxwell is a great salesman and a loving uncle as well. I'm enjoying my new 300 and all my friends compliment me on my car as well. I will be sending my friends to Mike Steven Volkswagen and will be in the near future. Drove from west Wichita to East Wichita to see if I could locate a good used Volkswagen at a fair price. This was my first time at Mike Stevens Volkswagen. I would like to say I was not disappointed. Very nice facility with lots to choose from. My sales men were Jonathan Starwick and Darin Petrie. Both were very knowledgeable very nice and very helpful. I really enjoyed the experience I had at this facility and I would recommend Mike Steven Volkswagen to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle.

I had never bought a car before, so I brought my mom. She doesn't speak English very well, but our salesman Darin was very helpful and didn't look down at us for our language barrier. He even spoke Spanish to my mom and made her feel very comfortable. I am already sending my sister up there and recommend everyone buy a car from Darin.

Why is it that almost all car salesman are men? Women drive too! I was so refreshed to meet Julie at Mike Steven Volkswagen. She was not only approachable and inviting, she seriously knew her stuff! At some points, I told her I had no idea what she was talking about. Usually in this scenario, the salesman--typically a guy--wouldn't get into details and would just assume it's over my head. But Julie really took the time to explain why certain things were important and how would they affect my driving experience. She didn't make me feel dumb or small. She made me feel important and empowered. Every car I buy will be from Julie! I highly recommend seeking her out if you're interested in buying a Volkswagen!

What a positive experience I had while looking for a new car. Jules made me feel comfortable and listened to my needs. She obviously loves her job based on her passion and knowledge of cars. She did't pressure me like other dealerships I have went to in the past. Although I didn't buy at this visit I know where and who I will go to when I am ready for a purchase.

I recently had a great experience working with Jules while shopping for a new car. She was very knowledgeable about not only the VW brand, but also the other brands of vehicles on their lot. She was helpful, had a great sense of humor, and really cares about the overall customer experience. Shopping for a vehicle can be overwhelming, but she made me feel at ease throughout the process. Highly recommend!
