My husband's car was days away from crapping out and after a failed attempt (and a $200 loss) at another car lot, we were stressed and dreading the next interaction with a car dealership. A friend recommended Super Guys and I had my husband take the lead since I hated all car dealers at the moment. My husband went to look at a couple cars and was helped by Jesse who was genuine, absolutely friendly and informative. When it was my time to come in to discuss price, the manager went above and beyond to help us meet our budget. I was super impressed with this experience. Expect upbeat, friendly salesmen. Truly there are no gimmicks. The thing that stood out the most to me was their transparency and honesty and their willingness to work with our crazy schedule. We did things a little out of order with our loan paperwork and they were understanding and patient with us. I would recommend them to anyone in Wichita. When you go in, ask for Jesse. He will help you and get you into the car you need.

Good place to get a reliable vehicle. They work hard to get you a deal. I’ve been using my car for a year now with no issues at all. They also have a lifetime warranty on all, but German imported cars. They have great hospitality over there. Staff is very friendly and treat customers with respect. They don’t try to push customers to get something they don’t really want. Last time I was there, they ordered pizza for everybody.

I would give more stars if the option were available because instead of being welcomed with a casual, "How may I help you?" on a busy and hectic Saturday afternoon we were greeted immediately and it wasn't a hassel at all. From the first interaction to the very last minute we were spoken to with respect. Most vehicle shopping experiences can be stressful, but this entire process just felt right. Angelo didn't just take the time to help us find the perfect SUV. He didn't just have us fill out paperwork with our income and credit scores for processing. He took the time to really engage in conversation and make us feel comfortable. He got to know us. He treated our 6 month old son, who was with us, like he was family. I'm beyond thrilled with our purchase and I'll never go anywhere else. The entire team is phenomenal! They made a deal with us that we didn't even think was feasible. Dreams do come true and if yours is to have an exceptional car buying experience then Super Car Guys is the place and Angelo is the man who can make your dream possible. I'm still amazed!

I stopped in on a Thursday after work and was greeted by Travis. He let me browse at my request and had a water waiting for me when i was ready to step inside. We talked price range and vehicle needs. I test drove a few vehicles before i clicked with the Mini Cooper i was meant to have. Excellent service and very friendly. They even showed me how to raise my credit score. I drove home that night my new car. Very happy.

Had an amazing experience with Brandon and Alex F. Today! It took us a while because this is the first new car we have ever bought, but they fought for us the entire time to make the payments affordable. They made this experience very fun and easy. We loved working with Jesse! He is not pushy at all and really cares about what his customers get. He is super knowledgeable; I appreciated that he was able to tell us so much about the different cars and what options are available to us. Jesse worked hard to make the processes super easy. He stayed late and never made us feel like we were inconveniencing him. We will be recommending Jesse whenever we can!

I visited this Super Car Guys location to buy a newer car since my old Honda was on its last leg. I came all the way from Kansas City to buy a car here. The entire purchase experience was phenomenal! From the beginning of the interaction, I was satisfied with how courteous and nice the staff were. I worked with Alex and Bob, and they both worked very hard to get me into a newer car. They worked hard to get me good terms and I walked out of this place with a newer car. I love how Alex said I'm part of the Super Car Guys family. That made me happy. They have a great waiting lounge with all-you-can-drink coffee and fountain soda, with billiards that way you aren't bored while you wait. They will work with you. Buying a car here, in my opinion, did not suck! I will definitely come back here to buy a car in the future.

If you are looking to trade in or overall just buy a new car this is the place to go. Great atmosphere and great people. Our sales guy was Chris F. and he was super helpful and all around had a great attitude. All the guys there are so helpful and will do anything to help you get a great deal. I highly recommend this place. You will not be disappointed!! I have already started recommending this place to my family and friends.

I had planned on buying a new 2016 Ford SUV, but kept seeing the SuperCar Guys ads. I checked their inventory, and saw a couple of potential vehicles. I made an online appointment for the following day.

Chris Fontaine met me as I was coming in the door, at the East side location. I liked the different set-up for customers. Instead of cubicles, there are a number of round tables, with full front glass views. The West location felt like a 1960s diner, very enjoyable!

Chris informed me that both of the vehicles I wanted to test drive were at the West location, so he grabbed a car and we headed west. I enjoyed the pleasant conversation while riding there and back. I drove a couple of vehicles, and quickly narrowed it down to one vehicle. If the price was right, I planned to buy this vehicle instead of a new one.

Chris and I drove back to the East side, where he introduced me to Jesse. The three of us sat at round table. They had their data, and I had mine. We had a nice, friendly negotiation, and eventually came to a price I was willing to pay. Smiles and handshakes all around.

The paperwork took about 90 minutes to finalize, but they were busy. I watched other salesman deal with other buyers that were in the facility, and thought that those families were well handled also.

I would definitely check out this dealership in the future, and would highly recommend both Chris and Jesse. My wife has been looking for a vehicle for awhile, it takes her a bit longer to come to a final solution, but if we see a potential vehicle in their inventory, we will be back at Super Car Guys!

Absolutely phenominal salespeople and technical staff. The only reason I have to give them four stars is because when my lovely lady purchased her first car there it took about one i hour day to figure out everything, and another 2 hour day to finish the paperwork. A tad bit excessive?

I love this lot because instead of the average play of getting you to fall in love with a car first and then checking your credit, they always review your situation and show you cars that meet your needs. Specifically for me, something that met the payment I had budgeted, after my trade. First visit was great and is listed below. 2nd visit was just as good! I would recommend the staff here to anyone car shopping and I regularly do! After we bought my boyfriend's car, they called to follow up and make sure that we were happy and that the car was running good. So we returned to buy another car and worked with Alex and Sam. They laid out clear finance options with 100% transparency during the entire process. I can't stress enough how helpful and kind they were or how hard they worked to find the right fit and make the right deal. Give these guys a chance!

(12 months ago) We came to Super Car Guys east after browsing the inventory online and Tori called us to follow up. She was bright and incredibly helpful and encouraged us to make an appointment to meet with Brandon. He and Kindale gave us good, honest information about what fit our budget and found us a car that was newer than we had planned (with even lower miles). They followed through with their promises and got us the car sooner than we thought was possible. They exceeded our expectations on every level and Brandon has followed up after the sale to make sure we are happy with the car. I would recommend Brandon and his team to everyone!

My experience was great. Brandon and Chris F. Took care of my needs as best as they could and really extended their selves to accommodate my problems. ASK FOR THEM.. Louie (the insurance man) was AMAZING!! He stayed late and hustled and bustled with insurance companies to get the price I could afford, so ask for him too. Nobody gives up!! They worked really hard and they aren't even commissioned so, the feeling was actually genuine.. I loved it. Almost everyone else will too.
