Love this place. Had me in a car in no time without a down payment for being a preferred customer. Stacy handled my account shes the best. I wouldn't go anywhere else to purchase a vehical.

i would recommend Stacey and elaina any day. The staff Is very nice. I'm disappointed in the reasons we could not come to any agreement to make the car deal work, and is the reason for my 3 star review.

Do Not go to this cat lot. My daughter and i almost were killed in my car not once but twice. We were driving on the interstate and the cat dies goinh 70 with big rigs behind and it completely dies on you and like i said not just once but twice. You will pay on a car that will sit in a mechanic shop bc their mechanics are so incompetent so you'll make payments on a car you can't even drive. I brought my car in the times for the same issue and it was never fixed and still is not fixed till this day. My buddy and his brother has been in this industry for over 40 years and they said going to Regal was my worst mistake ever. They are definitely SCAMMERS!!! There are so many other trustworthy car lots and I'm just warning you. We work so hard for our money and once they reel you in and get your money and have you sign on the dotted line that's it your relationship is OVER with them. All I'm saying is please, please go some where else bc you will regret it as soon as you drive away. That car will not last you until you pay it off or before then. I never post reviews like this but when you lie to the public and say that these cars have been through a complete check that is not true. Buyer beware and i hope i save the next family. It's hard enough to make ends meets and to have a dealership to take advantage of you how do they also at night. That reading they have now I'm sure is false. But i just wanted to save the next family.

The staff at Regal Wichita are amazing!! We called about the vehicle we were interested in and they gave us all the information, and additional photos. We drove from Oklahoma so they took most of our information via email and phone. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car!!!!!

Talked to Donna and Stacy about what I was looking for and they not only found it, but got it in my price range. Absolutely amazing team and service. Plan on getting a car for the wife soon and I already know who im going to for her car.

When I was first looking for a car, I went to Regal. My credit was so bad I had to struggle to be approved. walking in to Regal, I was expecting another denial, but Donna and Stacy took care of me.
I was so happy with my car, I ended up trading in with them and taking another vehicle. I was a loyal Regal customer for 4 years, only recently leaving for a brand new car.
I will highly recommend the Wichita office, they have the class, and style, to take care of all the needs you have. If they dont have the car you want, they will find it.response / report this review -

I'm a man and I'm going too apologize too Donna she did all she can do and I have nothing against her nor anyone that works there they have been good to me it's just when you want something so bad you want it now and that's not how it goes but Donna this is too you I apologize for being selfish and stay good don't be like the rest of these car lots that rip hard working people off. Stacey she a wonderful woman also they are a good team honestly they are.Robert Mulkey he is a good man I talked with him one time and he took care of it and I want to tell him Thankyou and be glad to meet you in Person
