Matt was awesome, no pressure sales, gave us what we wanted for our trade in and made us a fantastic deal. He was up front and honest and the sale was a breeze. Lisa was pretty awesome too! Loved the no pressure sales! Worked with Jaime Ortiz, Cary Lubbers and Lisa Rouse. They were very kind and respectful. I felt like I could trust them and was getting a very fair deal. I have purchased from the dealership before as have other family members. This dealership treats you in a way that makes you want to come back. I have NEVER had a bad experience and always feel valued, especially in the service department. I won't hesitate to go back and will also recommend them to others!

Your service dept is wonderful from the minute I drive in Elizabeth is there to greet me. checking out yesterday was a breeze and the ladies at the desk were very pleasant and friendly. The service tech took good care of the car and it always come back really clean .
I was disappointed with the sales dept. After purchasing a new car I never heard from them again. I had to call several times to get the cargo net that was not in the car. Corey (who I assume is not longer there) never did follow up to see if I was happy the car (which I am).that part of customer service could use some work.response / report this review -

The folks at Hatchett Hyundai East have friendly service, treat me with respect, are honest about the relevance of maintenance needed and offer a laid back service experience. The sales folks are not pushy, they understand it's about relationship building. Tell Elizabeth and Cole on the service line I said hello.

Jaime (high-may) was very helpful. I didn't get the car, although they tried to pressure me without my wife present. He did text and give me a heads up it may be sold. He followed up when he found something I might have liked. Also, Hyundai makes a good car.

When we arrived at Hatchett we were able to look around and unlike other dealerships we weren't immediately swooped upon by cars sales, we were able to look around with no pressure. Ivan introduced himself and was very knowledgeable on the Hyundai line of vehicles and was able to get the lot narrowed down to two vehicles. We explained our situation and Ivan and Cary began their process. Ivan kept us informed as to what was happening. Ultimately we met with Lisa and finalized the deal. We never felt rushed nor pressured to buy this vehicle. My wife made the comment prior to leaving the dealership "I really liked them this has been the best car buying experience that I've had".

I was in recently to purchase new tires and have the oil changed. In addition, they informed me of a recall that needed to be done. My service rep was Elizabeth. She was very attentive to my needs. I wanted some info on which tires to purchase and she gave me three options based on cost and the expected life of the tires. After choosing what I wanted, she informed me that the recall would require that I leave the car overnight so she got me a rental for the night(no cost to me). I have always had great service at our Hyundai dealer in town and would recommend them to anyone needing work done on their car. Ask for Elizabeth she is awesome.

Wonderful staff, Coy and the folks in service are wonderful. Sean, Chad and Chris are fantastic sales managers and their sales team are always willing to go the distance to help their customers find the right vehicle to suit their needs.

Excellent Buying & Trading Experience: My husband and I were extremely impressed by the team at Hatchett Hyundai East. We traded in our old car and received an excellent deal on the trade. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming, and most importantly they do not pressure you into a sale. They were easy to work with and streamlined the process. We cannot say enough good things about this dealership and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle. We will definitely be working with them in the future!

I was torn between two cars at different dealerships, one being the East Scholdfield Hyundai. I decided to go with Hyundai. They were super helpful in getting me what I wanted. I don't think I would've gotten a better deal on my car anywhere else. Brandon was pretty cool too.

Pleasurable experience- Steve Parrett was amazing to work with. We live 3 hours away and pretty much had all questions answered and a price agreed upon before we arrived there to test drive the car! We have never experienced an easier car purchase anywhere! Great and fun atmosphere!
