Wonderful people to deal with, Mike the GM was very friendly sent Bret my way to help look at vehicles, they have lots of very nice,clean detailed cars to choose from, Bret helped me decide on the better vehicle that was was just right for our family, Thank you guys so much for giving us a chance when not even my bank of 9 years would give me a loan. My husband is extremely happy with out choice.

My car had broke down and I was in need of a car. Kelly, Hector and the manager did everything they could to get me and my family back on the road. If you need a car I would recommend you to go to Easy credit auto sales. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

What a great experience today! We spent 4 hours there today and never did it feel uncomfortable, the team treated us like friends and not like customers. Michael runs a great store and if you need any help from someone who actually cares about you, ask for Kelly. He made sure he met all of our needs and did so with kindness and care. We have terrible credit but they made it where we could buy a car with the income we make. They never ran our credit to get us in the car we wanted, but what's really neat is as we make our payments on time they will report to TransUnion. So it will benefit our credit! They have given our family an amazing opportunity to build on our credit. Shout out to the Easy Credit Auto in Wichita, I will recommend you guys for the rest of time!

First want to start out by saying Michael the General Manager is very friendly and extremely helpful in all aspects of buying a car. He is very knowledgable and will do everything in his power to help someone achieve their goal of owning a vehicle. If you ever have any questions he is there to answer them. Bret, the Salesman was very knowledgable about all the vehicles. Helped us find the vehicle we were looking for specifically. He answered every question we had about any of the vehicles we were interested in. He had a very outgoing personality and was eager to help. Both Michael and Bret stayed late so we could not only test drive a car but start the paperwork to get a head start on things. You don't find many car lots and staff that are willing to go the extra mile. We just purchased our 3rd vehicle from them. We have always been very happy with the car we received. Year, Make and Model of their cars are always higher end and the prices are very competitive. If you are looking for a car I recommend Easy Credit Auto Sales for them to fit you with a car, down payment and payment a month you can afford. So stop on by and see for yourself.

Bought our 3rd vehicle from them just this last Friday, they do what they say and have always been professional. They went up & above this time for sure, great selection and great staff. Michael the general manager and Bret the salesman stayed well after closing to accommodate our schedule. All three vehicles have been late models, very clean and as well maintained as any dealer in Wichita.

Hey that's one of the best places I ever went to get vehicles they have the best line of credit for anybody not even Wichita but entire Kansas and I don't think anybody can find anybody that's Works more with people then they will everybody's in in it for business and they are fair! Best place in Wichita to buy a car ! 10.9% can't be beat unless you have a credit score of 700!

Been payinv on a 2013 ford escape for the past 1 years and have had no problems with them. And they do report to the creited brow My score is going up ever month.. I will go b.s. k to them for my other car

This place is awesome! They give anyone and everyone 10.9% interest no matter what your credit is. The tires were bald on the car and they made it right by putting new ones on. They are very kind and helpful. Definitely a good place to buy a car, especially with credit problems.

Horrible experience. We had paid on our truck for 2 years. We had 3 payments left, and they repo'd when my husband was injured at work, and lost his job. We continued to make our payments, tho sometimes late, with late fees. I needed 3 days til my payday to make payment. I think the fact that we had made our payments for 2 years should have been a good indication that we would continue to do so for the next 3 , and it was paid for. I guess they got to sell our vehicle twice. Thanks for screwing a vet.

Pushy salespeople. Feel tricked and pushed into buying a car. Finance department very rude if you dont have payment. They give no options.

Easy credit is nothing more than a bunch of criminals. A lack of diligence and proper communication resulted in them skirting the law by mere inches. They take no responsibility for their actions or business practices. Beware all interactions with them.

Stay FAR FAR FAR AWAY from this place. I bought a car back in June with 5,000 down on a car that was 15,999 well had problems with it since the day we bought it a 420 code had been popping up on the obd tester took back 2 times for that code within the 2 week we bought it gave me the run ard saying they cld not find the problem gave me some bs to put in my gas tank ok.. well then i end up having to replace the motor (paying 1/2) after having it back for about 3 weeks the the alternator went out (paying 1/2) spoke with sales manager about the problem is have been having with it since i bought it he bs me told me there was nothing in his computer saying this.. ok.. well my husband goes in an all of sudden everything I told him (the sales manager) about the 420 code.. it pops up in his computer and yes we need to take it back so it could be fixed since it was under warranty when it was happening.. ok..lolwell I get it in and service department tells me I would have to pay 1/2 since I bought the car 6 mos ago and my warranty ran out (eyebrow raise) so then he talks to my husband and tells him there was no oil in car and my waterpump went out and I would have to pay 1/2 for this things to be fixed..they simply bs me until my warranty ran out.. I will continue to pay my car payments.. but I will be contacting someone about my issues with this car lot..😑😑😑😠😠ðŸ˜

Sales person described the car I bought as a very nice and dependable car, and I will admit that it looked very nice and only had 75,000 miles for a 2005. Not 1 day after i drove it off the lot it had radio issues, and since then it has been in and out of the shop, with me paying as much on service with dealerships as I have paid in payments. Car has broke down on me out of town now 3 times with a tow to an out of town dealership every time and a rental car ride home. Yet get 2 or 3 days behind and your on the chopping block. I will continue to honor my obligation until they decide otherwise, but I would stay clear of this establishment and their ways.just find someone else or something else

This is where I got my very first experience car shopping. I like that they genuinely wanted to help me, and they helped me achieve a huge goal for myself. The staff is incredibly friendly-holding doors open for me and knowing me by name, even 8 months after I initially bought my car. They've also worked with me when I brought money in to bring my car payments down a little bit. Once I'm done paying this car off, I will definitely be going to them when I go to trade mine in.
