Juhas and Sullivan is the only place we buy our jewelry from. My wedding ring was designed by Jeff Juhas and it's an exquisite piece of work. We have bought watches, a diamond necklace and our wedding bands from here. Both Jeff and George are fantastic to work with. You get high quality diamonds with high quality service.

I first started shopping with Jeff and George a few years ago, at the recommendation of a coworker when looking for a Christmas present for my girlfriend. Jeff helped me pick out a beautiful set of pearl earrings, and answered all of my questions in common and simple terms, and made me feel comfortable and welcome shopping there, regardless of the size of my purchase. A year or so later, when it came time to shop for an engagement ring, I knew they were going to be my guys and George was very helpful and communicative with me throughout the process of ordering a customized ring, and he made sure I had everything in time for the big day.

Jeff and George are both great guys, always offering a smile when you walk in and a hand shake on the way out and they will be my go-to jewelers in the future.

After 14 years of marriage, I lost my filigree, vintage-style platinum wedding ring. Absolutely heart wrenching. I didn't want to waste too much time without something on my finger, but I also knew it needed to be special and it needed to be different enough that it wouldn't remind me of that which I lost. I did a lot of initial online research. It was all just bittersweet. I finally decided on a brand that I was drawn to and discovered that Juhas & Sullivan carried that line.

From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted not by an eager jeweler hoping to make a sale, but by a kind gentleman, Jeff Juhas, who was more interested in our story. He understood that this wasn't necessarily a purchase we were looking forward to making (especially as we are in the middle of an adoption), and yet, he turned the experience into something I will rave about for the rest of my life. And the ring? I didn't think it would be possible to love something as much as the original. But I do and for very different reasons. It's also possible that this ring is more 'me' than the original. I'm still sick to think that I won't be able to hand the original down, but anyone can give a ring to someone they've known for a couple years. To receive a ring with the same significance 15 years after the first one was given with all that wisdom, heartache, and joy.. well, maybe the replacement is worth more than the first one after all.

I am beyond impressed with their customer service and selection here! I did not have an insanely large budget and that did not deter them away from the great customer service they provided me. They were even so helpful with the sizing process after I gave my fiance her ring. She is in love with the ring.. I am happy about the cost and the quality.. I am so glad I cam here! I grew up in Grand Rapids and wanted to go to a store I could trust.. it was worth coming home for a visit to get the perfect ring. Thanks again.
