Staff was helpful, patient, attentive, knowledgeable, and candid. They helped me find the right shoes for my needs, and sent a follow-up post card asking about those needs, not just about what I bought, which really showed how well they listened while I was in the store.

They had exactly what I was looking for. The employees were very helpful. One man even allowed my 1 year old to play with a soccer ball and he followed my son around while I was trying on a pair of shoes. Above and beyond!

Just returned a pair of shoes I was allergic too, full refund after 4 weeks with dirt and grass on the shoes in a different box. Very happy with their customer service. Will shop again.

They are knowledgeable and helpful here. There is a terrific selection of everything you need. Save your pennies, this sports shop isn't cheap. However serious runners and tri athletes will be in dream-land.

It really is just the only place in Grand Rapids to go for a quality foot appraisal and fitting. It's old school when it comes to personal and individual attention, and it's new school in terms of variety of styles and product diversity. The prices can be a little higher than in other places, but you're supporting a local business that supports the larger community, and you know that you have the best shoe for your foot when you wear it out the door.

Great atmosphere! Very knowledgeable staff! Which can be very hard to find these days. Great attention to customers and customer needs. A little expensive however their goods last and last. And they are all about customer service and satisfaction!
