JR was very helpful in explaining how the snow blower works and what size would be great for me. Most friendly employees as well.
Best hardware store in Grand Rapids! Such helpful staff and anything you need for your home.
Staff is terrible when it comes to general knowledge of pretty much anything hardware or location of supplies within the store. Also, I waited 10 minutes in line to return an item because they don't bother staffing adequately. Spend the extra 6 minutes and drive yourself to Lowes or Home Depot.
OMG this place is amazing. I literally wanted to buy everything. They have literally every single kitchen gadget you would want in different sizes and colors. Also organic (and Meyer's, which I love) cleaning products.
Customer service here is the best I've ever experienced with any store. Amazing selection from firearms to camping supplies to cookware. I love this place!
Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Not only do they know where supplies are in the store, but so many of the staff also know how to start and finish a project! Love this place.
A nice clean orderly store, very friendly and helpful. Great idea having a help desk too.
It was very busy but no wait time checking out.
Everything you need for small home projects. More expensive than a Lowe's or Home Depot, but the staff is pretty knowledgable and helpful.
Paul Mckean is the man! Super helpful. Extremely knowledgeable in the sporting goods section.
Good selection and friendly staff. Prices are of course higher then the box stores, but great for quick trips.
Took my backpack blower into their fixit shop for repairs. I was told that I needed to deposit $40.00 which I did. I was also told that if the repair estimate exceeded the cost of the item, I could choose not to have it repaired and I could use the deposit towards a purchase in their store within 30 days. I was given a two week lead time for repairs so after waiting three weeks, I called to check on their progress. Item had not been looked at but they got right on it and called me back with the news that it could not be repaired. After asking about the use of the $40.00, I was given a few different answers on how this could be done but finally got a sound answer that the $40.00 had to be applied to the purchase of a blower or similar item in the store. Not feeling comfortable with the explanations that I received let alone the service so it looks like it cost me $40.00 just to wait three weeks during the fall blowing season to have my blower looked at. Pretty costly look at so please beware.
This place is adorable. They have old fashion candies and sodas. You will want to buy everything from their kitchen section. They also carry everything you need for your home projects or garden. The staff is super friendly and helpful. You feel like you are in a small town when walking into this place!
