The wait was 15 minutes long and the food was just ok..for the amount we paid the food was suppose to be the best I've ever had. 😯 it wasn't

Good food, nice atmosphere, service is ok but a little slow. Hard to hear anything inside the restaurant, weird acoustics

By far the worst service ever! Sat down with my family, the restaurant was empty and the manager Samantha was just standing by the gril no one even asked us what we wanted to drink or even gave us menu's. After 20 minutes of waiting, i asked for the corporate office number the manager said she would get me the number but never did. I will never go back to this place ever again. Very disappointed with the lack of service

Went there 2 or 3 weeks ago before going to the Movies and for the second time my younger kid was served water with a fly in it.
This happened before and it was our first time going to Johnny Rockets and we just didn't make it a big deal BUT going there for the second time and for this to happen again is ridiculous and I even took picture of the cup.
The girl there was going crazy trying to serve every single table.
I believe they should fire the manager for having a big mess at this place. I just can't understand how only one person was at the grill and one server is insane because this girl was trying to do her best.

Everything about this place is awful. Very dirty! Forks, and knives don't look clean. Food just looks thrown together and whatever theyre cooking the food on is gross bc the food doesn't taste right. Ordered a overpriced kids meal and a salad that had hardly any greens and nasty bacon bits, hard old tasting chicken strips. Food tastes like crap here. Health department violation bound. This place is going to make someone very sick

Good friendly atmosphere. The manager Also and worker Leo, Jeff provided good customer service explained the menu and gave some good pointers. Nice atmosphere and the turkey burger with the pepper jack cheese,fries and strawberry milkshake hit the spot.
