Arrived at the property at 2:20pm today. Was told by the parking attendant that the leasing office is closed, and I need to come back tomorrow. Called the property main number, and was told they're open until 5:00pm. Incompetence from the start.

Currently leaving here, and I have to say that it was the best decision to move here. The environment is really friendly and familiar, the staff is amazing and all the amenities are on point. Happy to stay another year at the Yacht Club.

We just went through hurricane Irma. We had like the whole hurricane. I was able to cook listen to music. Soon as the hurricane was over management was all over the property taking care of business. Great place to live with awesome view. Recommend to anybody

This is my second apt that I've been in since moving to Miamiand I'm happy to say I don't plan on moving from this building anytime soon. The location is great and the staff go above and beyond to be accommodating. If you have the opportunitydefinitely move here

Absolutely the worst management and polices ever. I highly recommend with the amount of inventory in Brickell, avoid this building.

The building is getting old and has a lot of repairs and issues. 3-4 years ago they had extensive background and income requirements, those are clearly gone as this is becoming a "party building" of Brickell. Additionally, there are new people using the pool every weekend and you never see them again?! How does that happen..oh waitthey have residents using their apartments like AirBNBs.

Avoid this place. The management is now weak. The Aimco executives who run the region are robots. And Aimco will try to grab every possible dollar they can during the move out process.

Brickell has WAY better options. Last time I ever rent from Aimco. Should have learned my lesson last time.

Sign the lease to live here was a mistake.
The managers here are stupid and arrogant with people living there, and they are not helpful att all.
the building is not pet friendly as they promote it.
Expensive fees for everything, you need to pay expensive even to have a single parking spot.
The price of the lease increases even more every year, and also too expensive for old building. For the same price you can have a new building with better managers.
The elevators are always broken and they are so slow, also the elevators can't support the number of people living there.
    really old amenities.
With the price you pay for it is not worth.
You can tell the people living here are not happy.

I recently moved into The Yacht Club about a month ago. The initial move-in was very easy and the entire staff, from the leasing office to the valet, was very helpful. The building is a little older than some others in the area but overall it is nice and the amenities seem well maintained. The residents living here always seem to be friendly which creates a nice environment.

Favorite part: The pool area is sunny and overlooks Biscayne Bay how can you beat that?

Least favorite part: The construction across the street is pretty loud and can be heard for about 12 hours a day, however obviously not The Yacht Club's fault.

I made a mistake by renting at this place I read several reviews that they will do everything possible to keep my deposit, and it was true: out to a $1000 deposit I was informed that was being refunded with around $330. Despite I reviewed the apartment and it was in perfect conditions, they charge me with $150 for re-paining the apartment (this is not my opinion, was said and written down by the person that checked the apartment when I left). They also charged me with $150 for cleaning the apartment (to avoid that I had to hire a certified company and provide a receipt, so anyway you will have to pay a similar amount with no confirmation they will accept it). There were a lot of other charges not related to my apartment but common areas that were charged after I left; had to call several times to customer service to try to understand and at the end this person just hung up the call. Facilities are old and smell weird. Location is good but there is a lot of constructions around creating a lot of noise. Have to say that front desk people was always helpful. Clearly would not recommend this place to anyone.

I already left my feedback before talking how this building is a trouble, but I need put more informations here
I am just waiting 30min for an elevator.
They have 4 but only one is working and it is like this almost everyday. also the a/c from elevators never works.
All the entire building is old and they never do an upgrade on it.
The a/c also stops working everyweek. If is not the a/c from the building is the a/c from the apartment.
I also have problems with the water.
infinity problems, and it soo expensive for this kind of building. They have much better for the same price around.

I have tried before to leave a feedback on their website, but they control the feedbacks there. So don't trust on them.

The only thing that is worth is the area. The area is the best in Brickell but this building is the worst. You can find much better and new around for the same prices.

I've only lived here for a month so far, but I can say everything seems pretty exceptional thus far. Office staff seem very willing to help in any way, maintenance requests seem to be handled in a timely manner. Amenities such as pool and gym seem to be kept clean and in good order.
