Clean rooms, nice heated pool with water slide and jacuzzi with spa. Downtown Plymouth is just a walk a way. Resteraunt downstairs with lots of food options at good prices.

Cons: It's over rated. The water park is very small. The pool section is about 20 feet*10 feet. One small hot tub fit 4 adults. The slide is very short.
We are disappointed. I read the review first before booking this place because it's only 50 min drive from Boston and it seems to have good reviews. We paid for $229 a night plus tax, but our 10 and 12 year old kids stayed in the water park for less than 1 hours since the pool was small and so crowded. They couldn't move around without touching someone and the slide was very short.

Pro: short distance from Boston and south of Boston areas. Staffs are super nice, friendly, and very helpful. The checking in and out was fairly easy and fast (but it could be because of late check in, we checked in at 5pm, and early check out, we checked out at 9 am

Didn't stay at the inn, but did have breakfast there during a visit to Plymouth and the food, as well as the service, was beyond incredible! The atmosphere and old-fashion setting was welcoming, something not seen in your typical chain restaurant type deals. There are so many food choices to pick from in the area and although I haven't tried a fraction of them, I would return here in a second!

We almost didn't choose this hotel based on some of the reviews and I'm so glad we didn't listen. We had an absolutely great time. My fiance and I visited as a one night get away! The room and bathroom were clean and good size. We had 2 queen beds, which we unbelievably comfortable and the giant headboards made me feel like a princess.

The hotel was very quiet and we were the only ones in pool area with the exception of the life guard. The pool temp was perfect, as was the hot tub, and we loved doing the slide. For 2 adults we got our moneys worth from the slide!

There was a wedding going on but the only time we knew was when we walked by the venue room. We didn't hear the guests or music anywhere else.

We chose to eat ate the Hearth N Kettle as they gave us a $10 coupon and it was very good. We had no wait to be seated and everything came out promptly. Maybe in the heart of the season there is a long wait, but I would imagine that would be understandable. For us, the last weekend of October we had no wait.

I'm not sure what some of the people with negatives reviews are expecting or to what level and standards they live, but as an average couple in our 30's we can't wait to return!

Staff was wonderful. All we had to do was mention we were going to East Bay Grill. They offered to make reservations for us. Room nice and clean. Although the refrigerator made popping sounds a lotalmost unplugged it. Ample parking. Very close to shops and restaurants.

It's a nice property. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool area is great. The restaurant and bar were good too. We would definitely stay there again.

This hotel has really tried to pass off cheap remodeling as new. They actually sponge painted old tile to look like new tiles. Mold in the floor grout. Plastic shower inserts and a shower curtain that lays up against if you're on toilet. Which means it layed up against the last person that stayed there. And if there is mold in the grout they don't change the shower curtains after each visitor. This place has a very odd smell. The hotel room door doesn't close behind you. Much better options for the money. They are in the middle of remodeling but it is being done as cheaply as possible and in awful taste. No class for a place with such history. I guess their pool keeps them open.

We had our daughters wedding here. Let me start by saying it was the best bang for your buck. Bridgett and Rebecca were amazing! They made the day, accommodating our every wish. I would highly recommend them. A special shout out to Joe, the General Manager, for making our friend, Yvette, happy for being able to attend. Thank you so much Joe!

The reviews were some what mixed, but far more good than bad, so decided to try it. What a nice suprice. Room is very nice and smells very clean and fresh. I would give 5tars if they had more elevators, but, overall an excellent choice. A little pricey but so is every other hotel in area. Can walk every where so we don't have to move car at all. Will absolutely stay here on our next visit.

I always love coming to the Hearth and Kettle. Took my mom out to a lovely Mother's Day breakfast and got to sit across from the fountain in the Waterfire Tavern. I loved it! Food was amazing as always.

It's a nice place in a great location! The kids loved the pool. They have great food too. The rooms need more places to hang clothing and towels.

The inn staff was accommodating and the rooms were clean, comfortable and warm. It's a little pricey but the amenities were well worth it. The spa faculty were all pleasant and bright. Massages were professional and relaxing, especially after a long week. The pool was one of their better areas. Heated room, a sauna, Jacuzzi, and water slide were fun accommodations for staying in.
