Fast an Fair. I had a rusted out leaking fuel filter and line on my car . I called at 830 am for a quote. Dropped it off at 945 and had it done by 11am. No surprises or unfair charges. Will go back again.

Fair and honest mechanics, seem to be pretty good guys too. I've been to JMJ two years in a row now for a state inspection and emissions using their Groupon. Both times they've been very honest, didn't try to push services on me that I didn't need and had my car completed within 12 hours of dropping it off. Will definitely use them again.

We discovered JMJ through Groupon and had a great experience. I totally trusted their recommendations and they were so kind and professional. The communication was excellent and service was done on time. I would absolutely recommend them and plan to use them again for our automotive needs.

A total RIP OFF

I bought a groupon for safety & state inspection & Jimmy told me $650 brakes & at least 2 tires. I asked him him to put things back as it is after just an oil change (which he overcharged me). Down the road went to another garage & got everything done & drove a full year (20 K miles). Hence the condition of brakes & tires were not good in JMJ auto but another garage had minor concern. Please beware of the ratings too since those can also be manipulative.

Brothers Matt and Jim are WONDERFUL! They run a very fair, honest and experienced business! I stumbled on them by chance when I searched for a mechanic a little over a year ago. I couldn’t be happier and will never go anywhere else! Not just because they do a great and honest job but because they truly care about their customers. I’ve used them only a few times this past year and they remember me when I call! My recent experience sealed the deal my teenage daughter has an older car and the breaks were grinding bad … it turns out her front calibers failed. Matt spent the time to explain in detail what went wrong and what was needed to get the car back shape .. and for a very fair price! The customer service didn’t stop there .. when we picked up the car, they actually took the time to give my daughter a little coaching. They explained to her what happened and what sounds to listen for should it happen again. It was above and beyond! Their shop has a small town feel which is hard to find these days and as a Mom with 2 teenage daughters who knows nothing about cars .. I truly appreciate them!. I highly recommend JMJ Automotive!

Jim and his staff are always top-notch when it comes to the servicing of my vehicles. I recently was interested in purchasing a 1977 Ford truck which I wanted a good look over before my purchase. Jim and his staff was more that accommodating, per my busy schedule, and his mechanic, Ernie did a fantastic job looking over the entire truck with a fine tooth comb. Glad I took it there because they found so many issues that otherwise may have not been noticed by me or anyone else not familiar with vehicles. I feel that if it wasn't for their fine attention to details, I would be driving around in a death trap. I would highly recommend Jim and his staff to anyone in the area looking for a top-notch, reliable, and trustworthy shop with a friendly staff. They make you feel as if you're part of their family which is a big deal for me and my vehicle needs.
