I put down a deposit on a trailer after asking many detailed questions. Drove 3 1\2 hours only to find they gave wrong information about trailer build. Steel tube walls were actually z channel. 5" main frame tubing is only on outside frame. Cross members were cheap angle iron.

They may sell a trailer for what you need, but get every single detail in writing before you travel here. I'm a contractor that needs a better built trailer than what they carry.

Customer Service: Instead of a blank stare and "sorry" with no explanation, how about asking the customer if you can order a trailer to meet their needs. Unless of course, your trailer providers don't build to real contractor specs.
