A car needing major service is never fun, but the staff at Klick Lewis is among the most understanding and cordial I've found. Without an appointment, I was greeted by Todd Young, who assigned the task of diagnosis to Scott Rhine. Both gentlemen were very accommodating in getting my vehicle scheduled for repairs quickly. And as I needed to leave the car in their capable hands, they just as quickly responded to my more immediate need of substitute transportation by authorizing a loan vehicle for the coming week, for which I'm very grateful. When they say "no hassle," it's not a line; it's not a sound-byte it really is their sincere approach to excellent customer service! Thank you, Gentlemen!

Eli Hernandez is the name of the gentleman that helped me accomplish a very big goal for myself. He is very informative, friendly, and professional, also bilingual English/Spanish. I was treated very well and he gave his time to explain everything to me, being my first time with a loan and buying my first next to new car. If you think your credit is too low, he is definitely the person you want to help you. I am very happy with my new car and thankful to Eli and Klick Lewis

We recently purchased a 2018 Chevy Traverse from Klick Lewis in Palmyra. We worked with Lewis Giles. I cannot say enough about how great it was to work with Lewis. He was very patient and accommodating with us as we went through the process of selecting a car that would meet our needs. We test drove multiple vehicles on multiple days and Lewis was great about it. He put no pressure on us, answered all of our questions and addressed all of our concerns. When we finally decided on a vehicle, he walked us through the trade in and finance process and gave us all of the options to chose from. He never pressured us on anything and we very much appreciated that. I would definitely recommend Lewis at Klick Lewis if you need a vehicle. He will take care of you and with no pressure.

We had an amazing experience with the purchase of our new vehicle at Klick Lewis today. Bo, our salesperson was very helpful and answered all our questions. Every employee we came in contact with, during this process was great. They went above and beyond to make sure we left in the car we wanted. I was early today. Staff greeted me immediately. Eli came in on his day off too meet with me and complete the deal. I could tell he lives some strong spiritual values. Hes a great asset for Klick-Lewis and any other customers that are blessed to work with him. Great enthusiasm, care, & concern for his work. Thank you Eli. God Bless!

Car was filthy when delivered. When we went to clean it we found big holes in the carpet like it was in a flood. Salesman kept pushing xtras on us that we did not need or want. He was like one of those used car salesman you always heard about. Never buy from them. They have not even reached out to me to get issue resolved. I am taking this car to another dealership and trading it in. Buy at your own risk

Yesterday, I had the pleasure of working with Patrick Lewis and Chris Mason at Klick-Lewis to purchase a 2016 Chevrolet Equinox. Not only were they extremely knowledgeable on the vehicles I had an interest in but also helped me to understand my options as a buyer. I had totaled my car a few days before and had a limited number of days to find a replacement. They answered all of my questions (I had a lot) and proved that they had my best interest in mind.
Even though it was Labor Day (and I'm sure they would've loved to be home with their families), both of them stayed to make sure I was happy with the vehicle we had found and also made sure I knew how to use every feature in it! Awesome customer service! They even took care of returning my rental car!
I would ABSOLUTELY recommend visiting Klick-Lewis if you have any interest in buying a new vehicle or even just to browse! The staff is pleasant and welcoming and overall want to make sure you find a vehicle that is the best for your needs within the price YOU set.response / report this review -

Great team, wonderful service. They go above and beyond.even in my challenged situation Keith was able to get me approved and Jim took time to put me at ease and make sure I was comfortable with my purchase They care about their customers so much that even checked on me a few weeks later to find out how was everything going with the cari can't believe i went other places before them and they had always been across the street from my house! I'm never going nowhere else and I'm telling everyone I know who needs a car that this is the place to go if you want the best service around!!..i can't wait to pay off my car so I can buy another one from them lol seriously tho best car shopping experience ever!

Very happy with their service department. Timely repairs by qualified technicians who actually know the cars they work on. When they are done they wash your car properly, not just wet it down. Wish I was closer so could use them all the time. Definitely recommend this dealer. Thank you Klick Lewis Chevrolet. A loyal Corvette owner.

Great local dealership, Gary Young and the whole sales team will treat you right. Customer lounge has nice amenities, private business areas to get your work done while you are waiting for service area. Parking lot is confusing. On-site Allstate agent for insurance comparison, no pressure.

I've been going to Klick-Lewis for a few years now for maintenance on my GM vehicles. All of the employees are very nice and professional. That being said, the service department is way too slow. It should not take 2 hours to do an oil change and tire rotation! This is an ongoing theme in their service department as the other customers in the waiting room were also complaining about the wait. After almost being there for two hours, I was told that I need an alignment. I asked 'how long will it take?. She says 'an hour'. I declined the alignment because an hour at K.L really means 1.5 hours. I said that I have already been here two hours for an oil change and tire rotation, I can't wait another hour for an alignment. She was apologetic and said that 'Saturday's are our busiest day'. I don't understand how it should make a difference. I had an appointment and they knew ahead of time what I wanted done. So either the scheduling department over books appointments, a tech didn't come into work, or walk-ins are getting priority over appointments. Either way, Klick Lewis lost a $100 alignment because the wait times are crazy. I can't say enough nice things about the staff though, they are really nice.

Had a wonderful salesman in Keith. Answered every question I could come up with over the past few weeks in my search. The staff at Klick Lewis were all wonderful and engaging. Will be recommending them to my friends and family that have yet to purchase a vehicle from them.

Bought a used Cadillac SRX in November and the check engine light came on within 3 days. Have put 9000 miles on it and had a slow leak in one tire due to a nail. Not there fault, except when I just bright it in to be repaired I was told that one tire would fail inspection and the rest would barely pass. So they basically sold me a car knowing that it had nearly failing tires on it. When I questioned them I was told they had half their tread left when I bought it. So in 9000 miles I wore them out? To top it off when when they sent me a congratulatory email after I bought the car they included a picture that wasn't even me or my car. Steer clear!!!
