Mandy was amazing - She got me the car I wanted. Was knowledgeable enough to answer every question my wife had about safety and features. Had she been any more engaged in the transaction we would have had to get a ring! Service well above average!!! highly recommended. #MandyRocksHoffmanFord

Mandy was such an amazing help! She walked me through the entire purchasing process and got me a great deal. As someone that also works in a sales environment it was refreshing to find someone who was such a natural at it.
No one wants a high pressure sales person. What they want is someone who knows the product and can help you find exactly what you want for a great price! Mandy is the personification of that!
I will be doing business here again becuase of her. She breaks the negative stigma associated with car sales. Creating an awesome buying experience!response / report this review -

The service department is awesome. We were travelling through the area and our motorhome started acting up. They were able to take a look at us in less than hour and we were back on the road in less than 5 hours. They said if we ended up needing to stay the night we could use an electric hookup the had in the back. Great service, great price!

If your not a local resident be prepared to be taken advantage of. My truck was towed in on Friday with a promise it would be diagnosed Monday afternoon and repaired Tuesday morning. Instead I got a call Monday afternoon from Dan Ney (service advisor) stating they were behind but assured me first thing Tuesday morning they would get to it. 3pm Tuesday Dan calls and informs me that its the fuel pump and that I had to wait till the next day to get fixed. truck was done by noon (3 hours after my rental was due so I had to pay an extra day) Dan was aware of my situation, and as a sign of his sympathy his price was $275 higher than my local ford dealer. When I questioned the cashier about why the price was so much higher than other dealers she looked at the invoice and couldn't answer. when she looked at me with that look, I could tell she knew the price was high for a fuel pump. she proceeded to then tell me that labor prices vary from dealership to dealership but that don't justify a $275 difference for an hours work. pump was $420 witch was consistent with my local dealer. I quietly paid and went on my way cause I had no choice.

I really love bringing my vehicle in Hoffman's service department. The staff is very friendly. Their professionalism in business and a family-oriented mentality is really great. This team really works well together. Anytime I have questions or need to get my vehicle in quickly Darcy always is a huge help.

Mandy helped us get our dream car with not only minimal pain but such an enjoyable experience. We urge anyone who is in the market for a new car to come and see her where you can expect the very best experience when buying your new vehicle. We went to another dealer and had a terrible experience and Mandy made us feel like family. Ryan Hoffman take good care of this lady and you will have all of our future business.

If you need to buy or lease a car ask for Mandy. She was so easy going and honest with me. She was not pushy like other car salesman. She helped me lease my dream car, which was a 2017 Ford Edge. Thanks again Mandy!!!!

I just purchased a new Focus from Hoffman Ford! My salesperson Dave Kilmore was Awesome, he found the perfect car for me that meet my needs.
