  Extremely happy every time I come here! Staff is always very friendly and happy to assist you, and does not pressure you into doing things to your car that you don't want to do. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking to repair their car or purchase a new one!

  Definitely would not purchase a car from this dealer. During my first trip, I wandered a good while before any of the Sales Consultants talked to me. Notably, there were no other customers in the dealership at all besides my girlfriend and me. Someone finally assisted us but didn’t know anything about the car we test drove when I asked simple questions about fuel capacity and such. I left and came back a few weeks later. Was greeted and assisted by a different Sales Consultant who seemed pretty insincere. After speaking with two different Sales Consultants and the General Manager, none of them seemed to know anything about a number of the cars on the lot I asked about. The General Manager was incredibly rude when it came to talking about pricing. He was also not knowledgeable about the car I inquired about and admitted I knew more about the car than he did. At this point I already gave up on the dealership, but then he started barking at my girlfriend when she asked if he could match an out the door price quoted from a dealership considerably farther away for the same vehicle. He rejected the quote and said there was no way they could sell at the price they quoted me, went and called the other dealer because he didn't believe us and came back with a quote that was only $100 less than his already high original quote as his final offer. I reiterated that his pricing wasn't aggressive enough to meet the other dealer. This made him angry and he offered out a handshake as he started turning red and said, good luck with the other dealer. This turned me off to the point where I was considering not purchasing a Hyundai at all and instead going with Mazda across the street because their customer service was excellent when I visited and I had already looked at a car on their lot that I liked. However, I didn't want his poor customer service to influence me that much, so I reached out to the considerably farther away dealership to confirm that they would honor the quote they sent me via email, made the drive to the other dealership and got the same car for the price I wanted.
