  Great customer service , Always friendly & greeted in a timely manner . Clean environment ! Not so happy on this visit only because they were putting New Tires on & when it was appointment time , No Tires yet and this delayed our day by 4 hours, But the employees were accommodating . Yes I'll be back :)

  Because I brought in used tires to put on my truck they used a bogus excuse about the rim not being wide enough so they cudnt do the install. Same size tires that was on truck

  After a really bad experience with K & K Tire Barn, I chose Jack Williams. I found them professional, clean, courteous, and prompt. They were the most expensive option I found. But, you do get what you pay for.

  answer to Michaels car. It wasn't even the radiator yet they told him it was.not willing to refund money back per Todd-manager. I have a witness that heard the man at the desk say it was the radiator. Took the car to Kost Tire to be fixed correctly.

  They told me that the cause of my engine overheat was my radiator and fan. They charged me 70 just to wait 2 hours to get told that. They let me leave when the car wasn't even able to keep temp. Now I'm out 70 dollars and it's not even fixed. Rip off! Will never go there again.
