Nice place, great atmosphere. Friendly service. Lots of menu choices. Will come back again.
Very good food at reasonable prices. Good size portions, prime rib always delicious and the spare ribs are excellent. Never a bad meal there.
This place is right up my alley. Took my 5 kids, sat outside, watched football, and drank 2 for 1 draft beer. Food is great. Service has been really good. I'm not picky so take it for what it's worth.
My wife and I just bought a beautiful home in the area. My wife the adventurer tells me on Sunday to leave my beautiful home which I was enjoying and told me we needed to go and try famous Jeremiah's. After eating the meal i told my wife that we serve our dog better food. The moral to this story is don't eat there, stay home and cook your own food.
Love Jeremiah's! The atmosphere is great and the service is terrific. If I could eat here more often believe me I would ❤
Fun decor, the kind of neighborhood pub style restaurant and bar that was really popular in the 70s and 80s with lots of stuff to look at on the dark wood walls from model planes to boat parts to funky strings of lights. They were busy, mostly retirees coming in for the ambiance and the low priced meals. Our waitress was so friendly and gave such great service that we didn't have the heart to tell her that the overly rich hot cream cheese crab dip (more cheese than crab) was disappointing, and the fish sandwich my wife ordered tasted "off" with a faint whiff of rot-ughh. Didn't care too much for the beef and gravy either. We just don't normally eat this kind of food anymore, I guess. But the retirees seemed to be loving it. If throwback pub food is your thing, go for it. Just don't order the fish!
This was our first time here. We attended the Mt Dora Seafood Festival but were in the mood for air conditioning and regular food. Several of us had the burgers, one had the crab cake sandwich and the other a wrap. All were very good with nice portions. Good value and a nice atmosphere. We will be back.
I wanted to try a nice and famous restaurant in Mount Dora and came across this restaurant. At first, we were seated in a area where we were the only ones (we thought it was because we were there early and maybe it usually would get crowded later) even thought we were fluent in English, we were treated as if we did not understand what was being said to us. French Onion soup was very good. We ordered a Patty Melt that was good too and the burger was hmm Not bad. When we left, we noticed that indeed the place was somehow full and we were kind of isolated to another area. It could have been a private event (giving the benefit of the doubt) but still.. we felt discriminated. Would I go back? Nope.. (I'll order the French onion to go)
The bartender, Brenna, was the absolute sweetest woman. Food and drinks were priced decent. Only thing I would change was a larger variety of music.
Food and service was excellent, price was fair.
We loved this place. The prices are reasonable and the food is great. The hamburgers are very good and the crab cakes are the best we've had in a long time. The one problem we had was that a fork was dirty, we didn't need it because we had burgers but it's still an issue.
Very large restaurant with multiple bars including non-smoking, smoking & outdoor bars. The menu is big too with everything from apps, salads, sandwiches to full dinner meals. Prices vary and on average it is moderately priced. They are even open late night until 2 am. They also have 10+ large, flat screen TVs which make it a great place to watch your favorite sports. With the variety available on the menu Jeremiah's is a great place to go even with your most picky of eaters. If you haven't tried you should as they have a little for everyone.
Two sections of outside seating. One is more bar like and a ton of smokers and than a much smaller second outside seating area. If you can't stand smokers sit inside. We had to it was awful. I ordered the Jeremiah 8oz steak, flavorless and tough. Decent side salad and pretty good clam chowder. Husband ordered Honey chicken, thought he was getting chicken fingers but he got 3 pieces of KFC with honey dipping sauce, it said it was okay but it wasn't described well in menu. We may go again and try something else but not in a hurry to do so. Parking was weird and made it difficult to back out. Our waitress was wonderful and so was the host.
