My experience was exceptional in that Shawn kept me informed and up to date with the progress of repairs to my car. Not only that any time we walked into this dealership someone would immediately ask if they could help us. Also I appreciate the fact that we were given a car to drive while my car was in for repair for an extended period of time. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends.

My husband leased a 2017 Jetta and I purchased a 2017 Tiguan. My experience at Jenkins Volkswagen was excellent. Sheriff Lowe was our Sale Rep for both our vehicles. She was very friendly, helpful, Knowledgeable and honest! She and her Sales Manager worked with us on my trade and gave us a great deal on my "new" vehicle. It was a very enjoyable experience.. Reagan Dean was our salesman and he was very knowledable which made my choice easier. Chester was my finance person and for the very first time I was not told one thing then at the end got stuck with a higher payment. It was exactly as presented to me from the beginning I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family and would do business with them again .

Representative was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Allowed us time to carefully consider our decision. I will feel comfortable when I move forth in purchasing my first Volkswagen Beetle. I would only suggest that vehicle booklets be more readily available.

I have to say, working in the auto industry, it takes a lot to impress me, but Jenkins VW surpassed my expectations! Our salesperson, Mark Elliot was outstanding. Mark was personable, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all! The dealership stopping and clapping at the announcement by Mark that we had just purchased our Atlas was a nice touch as well!!!

From the moment you arrive at the dealer all the staff try to make you feel comfortable.

They are very friendly and helpful.

The seller of my car was Chris DeBraggio. He interpreted my needs regarding the car I was looking for and made it suit my budget.

Although I had some doubts about the part of finances, Chester Anderson was very understanding and helped me solve the situation in the best way possible.

All Volskwagen staff have been in contact either via phone, mail or email to make sure the car meets my expectations.

It is a good company, with excellent customer service. I recommend it.

I arrived without an appointment at about 2 p.m. I was greeted by Dave before I even got out of the car! My car was taken back and Brad gave me a ride to the mall so I could shop while my car was being serviced. At about 3:50, my cell phone rang and it was Dave to tell me that my car had been serviced and there were a couple of issues identified when it was inspected. We discussed those and decided they could wait. Ten minutes later, Brad picked me up at the mall and about 15 minutes after that I had checked out at the dealership and was on my way! Brad is a truly impeccable ambassador for Leesburg Volkswagen. He is kind, courteous, approachable, patient, and glib. Above and beyond all that, he is the epitome of safe drivers and it is an absolute pleasure to ride with him!

Eric Strickland was the service advisor that took care of me during my visit to Jenkins Volkswagen of Leesburg. Not only was the service prompt but the customer service was exceptional. He quickly got my service ticket started and gave me his card. He gave me a time for when I could expect an update. He came over on time and updated me on the service of my vehicle.
