If I could give a 0 star review I would. I worked in the Family Fun Industry for over a year and thought I had seen it bad. The staff here seems to have no understanding or plans for game maintainence, it seems like nothing is ever working. My little cousin had fun but that had a lot to do with him not understanding that putting a token in a game should make it do something. This was an awful experience and I would never again refer someone here for their arcade or foodsimply disappointing

Went here for a birthday party. Right off the bat some of the games didn't work. nobody was seen wiping down tables or cleaning the floors until they were just getting ready to close, and the cleaner used had a strong smell. I ordered 2 orders of chili cheese fries that took over 15-20 minutes to get ready that i waited patiently for at the counter. They were good, but seriously!? When they came up the manager had already saw that I had been waiting a while, but took a personal phone call, so I had to wait even longer for an employee from the back to bring me my order. meanwhile they closed the kitchen after my order and somehow 3 or 4 orders came up 15 minutes after mine? Kids had fun on the rides, but all we got with 300 tickets was 3 bouncy balls I could've bought from the quarter machines. I mean even Chuck e cheese brings your food to the table.

Bought a Groupon because they were running a Saturday special drive all the way out here it's not busy but the manager refuses to honor our Groupon saying not allowed to use until after 24hours. This is 230 on a Saturday barely 16 kids here. Totally bogus. Getting a refund and first and last time here. Staff is rude

This place is a s***hole half the games don't work, workers on phones not paying attention to anything or anybody, half the games that do work don't give you tickets, one of the games if you land on bonus it dosnt pay out, if the game calls for 2 tokens it dosnt register the 1st token so you gotta add another one and even the quarter candy machine gives you one spree I know it should be more. We took my 4 year old here for her birthday and I'm so glad we didn't actually pay for a party. The lady at the ticket counter just takes your tickets tells you the total goes back to talking on her phone, the lady running the roller coaster just walked away to go to the bathroom with a line of kids didn't say anything. Ive never been so disappointed in a place before id rather pay the money to go to chuckie cheeses In roseville and I hate that place.

Take your kids someplace they'll enjoy themselves. There are so many places that your kid would have a better time. Looks like junk

Had my sons birthday party here and it was overly crowded, extremely hot, no ventilation, pizza was under cooked and the people visiting there ruined it with their misbehaved kids and bad attitudes. They need to have a max capacity when it comes to the party area because 75% of the people there do not watch their kids. We had the kid from the table over put his whole hand in our pitcher of pop and his parents didnt do anything. They have a pinata hut that the table next to used as their coat rack and then we got stared at when we asked them to please move them so our kids could hit the pinata i bought. Our server was Chelsea and she was one of the only good things about the place. She helped me with so much and made my experience a little less stressful..

Bathrooms were not working! The place smelled horrible! It was so hot you couldn't breath they had 1 person running the food counter and ticket return. I will never go there again so unorganized! Had a horrible time.

The games were either broken or ate most of our tokens. The employees all looked super annoyed to be there. It smelled terrible and it was filthy. My 4 year old (who is usually cool with anything) was even bummed with how bad it was. When it was at Great Lakes, it was awesome. But, now it's just gross. We will be avoiding this place from now on.
