Great place to bring your family for a visit. Lots of different attractions for kids of all ages. They seem to be adding improvements as well. If you are a local, I would suggest getting the season/year pass. If you go more than 2 times, its worth it. They also have food here as well.

This shop is the only place open in the Dutch Village during Fall/Winter. It's full of Dutch goods such as: snacks, wooden shoes, and coo-coo clocks. The area is much more run-down than I'm sure it once was, but something cool to check out when in Holland.

Cute, and old school. My daughter loved getting up close and personal with so many animals! Great place to bring kids, and not that expensive. We will be back.

A taste of what Holland once was. Good for kids and for the price it's a good place to spend an afternoon. If not from around West Michigan, it's a good quick look at some local history albeit within a small theme park.

This is a wonderful, fun, and educational place, where young and old can have a great time. The presentations are fun and educational. The staff is quite knowledgeable about the history of the village, the area, and the organ. We had lunch at the cafe and were pleased. Great value and fast service. We will definitely go back with friends and family.

I didn't enjoy my visit. Admission price seemed high. The village itself is cute but it didn't feel authentic. It just felt like a tourist trap. I didn't like the way the animals were being housed. Some of the rabbits were fighting. The sheep looked overheated. The entire village is sandwiched between a highway and a shopping center. If you have kids and you're into kitschy, tourist stuff, you might enjoy your visit. If you want to learn a bit about the Dutch, you might enjoy your visit. There are better places to spend your time and money otherwise.

My family visited while on vacation, and I wasn't expecting too much. I was very pleasantly surprised, and we will definitely return. For our family of 5, it would have been $44, which might have changed my feelings if we didn't have a military discount. That does seem somewhat steep, but considering that you don't have to pay for any rides or the petting zoo area once you enter, it probably evens out. The village has many attractions to take in for adults and children. We enjoyed the dancing demonstration, animal area, Ferris wheel, swings, carousel, playground, pump trains, and some other play areas. We also visited the shops and were able to learn some interesting bits of information. Regarding the animal area, all the animals seemed to be well cared for and happy. I didn't notice any improper care as another visitor mentioned.

Wife and I have visited many times over the years, and typically enjoyed it (the fresh stroopwafel's are outstanding). But they have recently changed the entrance so that you can no longer visit the shop without a ticket. Being residents of the area, we often would stop in to browse the stores and would inevitably find something to buy. Yet now, that is no longer an option. A poorly thought-out change, in our opinion, and we won't be visiting as often, sad to say.

First I was rudely told by a park employee that I driving the wrong way on a one way street. The problem being there was no indication at all that it was a one way street. I asked her if there was any posted signs for a one way street which she replied "no". Second and most importantly, you can no longer visit the shop
unless you pay for a park entrance ticket. Why would I have to spend
money on a ticket to spend money
at your store? This was the first time this has happened and we were informed that this is a new policy.

Like being in Holland. Very authentic. Educational. A wonderful place for families to spend the day. We got wooden shoes and tulips. Of Dutch heritage, we felt a part of the culture. An inexpensive day trip. It was our mini vacay.
